Изобретение относитс к производству абразивного инструмеита, в частности шлифовальных кругов на керамической св зке .The invention relates to the manufacture of abrasive tools, in particular ceramic-bonded grinding wheels.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the temperature of heat treatment, increase the mechanical strength of the instrument and eliminate the swelling of the mass through the use of a bond with the required physical and mechanical properties.
Дл достижени цели масса, включающа абразив, св зующее и воду, в качестве св зующего содержит хромхлорфосфат- ное св зующее при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%:To achieve the goal, the mass, including abrasive, binder and water, as a binder contains chromochlorophosphate binder in the following ratio of components, wt.%:

Chromochlorophosphate binder - viscous, transparent green liquid obtained by the interaction of chromium hydroxide dihydrate with a mixture of phosphoric and hydrochloric acids at a molar ratio of Cg (OH) h-2H2O: H3PO: HC1 1: (0.9 - 1.1 ):: (1.2-1.4) at a temperature of 70-105 ° C for 35-40 minutes.
Said binder is an intermediate of chromium chlorophosphate hexahydrate and a hardener of organic resins.
The use of a liquid binder with a ratio of 1 allows to obtain products at a lower temperature in the absence of expansion of the material, since heat treatment does not cause

менени отношени Сг:Р, привод щего к снижению прочности материала и требующего более высокой температуры термообработки.changes in the Cr: P ratio, leading to a decrease in the strength of the material and requiring a higher heat treatment temperature.
Products from the specified mass are molded by casting into a mold, after which they are formed at 150-200 ° C to form a dense, stone-like mass. Processing at temperatures below 150 ° C does not provide sufficient material strength. Firing above 200 ° C leads to a slight increase in strength. The introduction of the binder into the composition of the mass in an amount of less than 5 wt.% Does not provide sufficient material strength, the introduction of more than 20 wt.% Of the binder increases the duration of setting and curing of the material and reduces its strength.
Example 1. 125 g (12.5 wt.%) Binder, 100 g (10 wt.%) Water and 775 g (77.5 wt.%) Of electrocorundum M-5 are taken and mixed thoroughly. Samples of grinding wheels with a diameter of 80 mm and a thickness of 12 mm were made from the resulting mass by casting into a mold. The products are first dried at room temperature for 30 minutes until the mass is completely cured, and then dried at 200 ° C for 1 hour. The tensile strength during static bending is equal to 63.5 MPa. The height of the sample does not change due to the absence of swelling or mass shrinkage.
Examples 2-5 conducted in the same way.
