Abstract
The invention can be used to assess the surface roughness anisotropy. The aim of the invention is to improve the accuracy by eliminating the effect of adhesion on the resistance force of a counterbody moving along the surface to be examined as roughness characteristics. The two-part counterbody moves along the surface under study in different directions so that both parts move in the same plane parallel to the base roughness plane. Measured for each direction of the difference in the resistance forces to the movement of parts of the coitrtel, on their determination, the degree of anisotropy is judged.

The aim of the invention is to improve the accuracy by eliminating the effect of adhesion on the resistance force to the displacement of the counterbody over the test surface, such as roughness characteristics.
The method is carried out as follows.
The counterbody consisting of two independent parts is brought into contact with the flat surface under study. Then, the counterbody moves along the surface under study so that both parts of the counterbody move in the same plane parallel to the base plane of the roughness of the surface under study. The movement is carried out in different directions, while measuring the difference of the resistance forces of the shift (each, part of the counterbody. The ratio of these differences obtained for each direction is judged by the degree of anisotropy
One of the parts of the counterbody, the first contacting surface with the material in the direction of movement of the counterbody, cuts off the unevenness protruding above the plane of movement of the counterbody parts. roughness, while the resistance to movement of the second part of the counterbody is the first of these components. As a result, the difference

The surface of the sample of nickel alloy ХН51ВМТЮКФР - ВД was investigated after its grinding and subsequent hydro-shot peening. The control was carried out along and across the direction of the heading; respectively 140 and 230.MPa with cross-sectional area
