Дл  осуществлени  способа анализа газов в металлах и металлокерамике используют масс-спектрометр и электронную пушку с фокусированным пучком электронов.For carrying out the method of analyzing gases in metals and cermets, a mass spectrometer and an electron gun with a focused electron beam are used.

При этом водород выдел етс  из металла расплавленного участка, и давление в электронной пушке, измер емое вакуумметром 3, повышаетс . За счет разности давлени  в полости электронной пущки 2 и в камере анализатора 4 масс-спектрометра газ через открытый кран 5 впуска поступает в источник 6 ионов. В зависимости от количества газов в образце анализ можно производить при открытом или закрытом кране 7 откачки из камеры анализатора.
