(ЛThe invention relates to metallurgy and can be used in the production of iron rolling rolls. The purpose of the invention is to increase the wear resistance of the working layer, increasing the strength of the working layer and the roll necks. The proposed method involves processing the metal in two ladles: 70-75% of the mass of the melt is treated with FS 30 REM 30 ligature and niobium-containing slag, and 25-30% of the mass of the melt is treated with Fe - Si - Mg ligature, FS75 ligature and zirconium-containing slag. The invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to the development of methods for the production of rolls.
The purpose of the image is to increase the wear resistance of the working layer, layer and necks of the roll.
I.According to the proposed method of making mill rolls after melt processing in buckets with spheroidizers and graphitizers, the melt is additionally treated in the buckets with ligation slag (70-75% of the total metal) and slag containing the graphitizing element (25-30% of the total metal). Both slags are special production wastes. The compositions of the applied modifiers and headers are given in table. I.
3-5%.Enhancing the special properties of white and half cast irons is possible by forming a large number of special carbides. To achieve this goal, niobium is introduced into the melt in an amount of 0.1-0.2%. In order to reduce the cost of iron, it has been proposed to use waste for doping and to process loparite in the form of slags. Their consumption, taking into account the content of niobium and its assimilation (50-80%), is 3-5%. When slag consumption is less than 3% by weight of the melt, the content of oxygen in the iron is 0.1% and its effect on the special properties of the iron is insignificant. Increasing slag consumption above 5% does not cause a significant improvement in properties, and the cost of such iron increases. Thus, proceeding from the technological and economic dependence of the points of view, the slag additive is limited to within 3-5%.
It has been proposed to increase the strength properties of the core and shaft necks by increasing the degree of dispersion of austenite decomposition products, using slag containing zirconium for secondary modification. This, in turn, allows reducing the consumption of more expensive FS-75 from 1.8-2.0 to 1.5-1.7%. The optimal content of zirconium in the material of the core and necks of the roll should be 0.10-0.15% by weight of the metal. Based on the zirconium content of the slag and

Повьш1ение расхода свыше 7% вызывает резкое захолаживание металла, что требует высоких перегревов расплава и экономически нецелесообразно .the degree of its absorption (90-95%) slag consumption must be within 5-7% by weight of the melt. When slag consumption is less than 5%, the effect of zirconium is insignificant. Increasing the flow rate above 7% causes a sharp metal cooling down, which requires high melt overheating and is not economically feasible.
Износостойкость испытывают на машине СМЦ-2.Experimental batches of rolling rolls of the design L111-58 with a barrel size of 730x1100 mm cast in conditions of the KZPV are cut by two methods. Tests are carried out on samples according to standard procedures. Wear resistance is tested on the machine SMC-2.
In tab. 2 shows the results of a comparative analysis of the properties of the working layer of the necks of the rolls made according to the known and proposed methods.
15,4; 24%.From the data table. 2 it follows that the material properties of the working layer obtained by the proposed method are higher: wear resistance by 23.7; tensile strength at bending by 10, by stretching by 7. The strength of the material of the necks of the rolls is also higher, 6 "- by 15.4; 24%.
