The invention relates to ferrous and nonferrous metallurgy and can be used in the preparation of charge materials for the smelting of silicon and silicoaluminum alloys.
The purpose of the invention is to expand the raw material base of charge materials for ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy.
Example. Oil sediment composition by weight.%: Quartz sand 76-80; alumina 3-5; oil 16-18, placed in an airtight container of heat-resistant steel and heated with fuel oil from nozzles at a speed of 100 degrees / h to 900 ° C, kept at this temperature for 20-60 minutes and cooled in a reducing atmosphere to 50-160 C. Cooled specs are unloaded and crushed to the desired fraction (for example, for smelting silico-manganese, the fraction should correspond to 50-80 mm). The resulting spec has a composition, wt.%: With 6.5; SiO 90; 3.5. The results of sintering the oil sediment are given in the table.
It can be seen from the table that the optimum sintering temperature is 900 ° C since, at a sintering temperature below 900 ° C, the strength of the cake decreases, and the physical strength increases slightly, but the costs of combustible materials increase during the preparation of the cake.
Оптимальной скоростью нагрева вл етс 100 град/ч, так как при большей скорости прочность кусков уменьшаетс , а при снижении скорости нагрева ниже 100 град/ч прочность спека почти не увеличиваетс .The optimal heating rate is 100 ° C / h, since at higher speeds the strength of the pieces decreases, and when the heating rate drops below 100 ° C / h, the sintered strength hardly increases.
The optimum cake exposure is in the range of 20 to 60 minutes, since at a shutter speed of less than 20 minutes, the strength of the cake is sharply reduced, and an increase in the shutter speed over 60 minutes leads to an increase in the preparation of the cake with a slight change in strength.
Причем охлаждение до температуры вьш1е 160° С приводит к значительному угару углерода и снижению прочности спека, а охлаждение ниже 50 С увеличивает врем подготовки сырь .Cooling to 50-160 ° C in a reducing environment is necessary to reduce carbon loss and to maintain the strength of the spec. Moreover, cooling to a temperature of above 160 ° C leads to a significant carbon loss and a decrease in the strength of the cake, and cooling below 50 ° C increases the preparation time of the raw material.
Полученный спек нефт ного осадка (фракци 50-80 мм) используют дл выплавки высококремнистого силикомарганца на шихте следующего состава, кг;The obtained sinter of oil sediment (fraction 50-80 mm) is used for smelting high-silicon manganese silicate on the charge of the following composition, kg;
