Abstract
2 ил. i (Л СThis invention relates to a measurement technique. The purpose of the invention is to improve the measurement accuracy. The goal is achieved by the fact that the base 1 is complete. But in the form of a cup with a vernier knot and a rotary bolt 2, in the eccentric window 3 of which the carriage 8 with a scale is spring-loaded to its wall. The measuring elements are made in the form of jaws 4 and 9, which are spring-loaded to the object of measurement. The sponge 4 is hinged on the base 1 and is installed on the same line with one of the sides of the defect and zero divisions of the scale of the carriage 8 and the vernier vernier knot. The sponge 9 is hinged on the carriage 8. By turning the cover 2, the sponge 9 is retracted until it is aligned with the other side of the defect. The width of the defect is determined from the scale and vernier readings. On the base 1, an ocular 16 is fixed with a lens 17 and a scale of 18. By rotating the ocular 16 until a sharp image appears, the indications of a scale 18 change the depth of the defect. 2 Il. i (Л С

The invention relates to a measurement technique, namely, devices for measuring the width and depth of surface defects of products.
Цель изоб ретени - повышение точности измерени за счет возможности подведени измерительных элементов непосредственно к измер емым дефектам .The purpose of the invention is to improve the measurement accuracy due to the possibility of leading the measuring elements directly to the measured defects.
FIG. 1 shows the proposed device, a general view; in fig. 2 - the same, top view.
The device comprises a base 1 in the form of a cup with a rotatable claw 2, in which an eccentric window 3 is made, a sponge 4 pivotally mounted inside the base 1 by means of an axis 5 and spring-loaded to the surface of the item being measured, spring 6, the guides 7 of the base 1, a carriage 8 with a second sponge 9 pivotally mounted thereto, moving reciprocatingly to the direction
By rotating the bit 2, the ends of the jaws 4 and 9 are combined. Using a vernier device 13, a zero division of the non-14us scale is established with a zero division of the scale 10 of the carriage 8. The rotation of the ocular 16 produces a sharp image of the defect surface. Then, rotating the cover 2, retracts the carriage 8 with the sponge 9 until the end face of the sponge 9 touches the other side of the defect. Based on the indications of scale 10 and vernier scale 14, the width of the defect is determined.
To measure the depth of the defect, rotate the ocular 16 until a sharp image of the bottom of the defect appears and, based on the difference in the readings of the scale 18, a jic value is determined.
