Description
The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used in all sectors of the national economy for work in units and parts of machines that receive and transmit torque.
The purpose of the invention is to expand the stabilization of the elastic characteristic.
The goal is achieved by performing the casing in the form of a body of rotation from two coaxial parts, by the presence of elastic rings arranged in a staggered order, and by the design of a cushioning device
1.Fig. T shows a damping device, a longitudinal section; figure 2 - section aa in figure 1.
The damping device contains a hollow body in the form of a body of rotation consisting of two coaxially hinged parts 1, the plane of the connector of which is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the body, and on facing ends of which are grooves 2 with the formation of an annular track, supporting 3 and a movable 4 elements fixed on different parts of the body, and elastic rings 5 located in a circular path in a checkerboard pattern.
The depreciation device operates as follows.
When torque is applied to the body, one part 1 of the body rotates relative to the other and the moving element A transmits force to the rings 5 located in the slots 2. Elastic deformation of the rings 5 ensures the reciprocal rotation of the body parts on yrojT proportional to the torque. In this case, due to the arrangement of the elastic rings 5 in the annular track in a checkerboard pattern, the elastic characteristics of the damping device are stabilized, since their wedging in the annular track is excluded.
