Abstract
Способ измерения радиальных зазоров турбомашины путем фиксации моментов прохождения лопаток мимо установленного на статоре турбомашины бесконтактного датчика, формирования последним сигнала, соответствующего зазору между концом лопатки и датчиком в момент прохождения лопатки мимо датчика, и определения зазора по градуировочной характеристике и величине сигнала бесконтактного датчика, отличающийся тем, что, с целью повышения точности и достоверности измерений на переходных режимах работы турбомашины при однозначной связи частоты вращения ротора с температурой рабочего тела, дополнительно измеряют величину зазора при остановленном роторе контактным датчиком, затем разгоняют ротор и останавливают его, синхронно измеряя при этом частоту вращения ротора и формируя сигнал, соответствующий зазору, и корректируют градуировочную характеристику бесконтактного датчика на переходных режимах работы двигателя, используя истинное значение величины зазора при остановленном роторе, измеренное контактным датчиком, и значение частоты вращения ротора на переходных режимах.The method of measuring the radial clearances of a turbomachine by fixing the moments of passage of the blades past the contactless sensor installed on the stator of the turbomachine, forming the last signal corresponding to the gap between the end of the blade and the sensor when the blade passes the sensor, and determining the clearance by the calibration characteristic and the value of the signal of the contactless sensor that, in order to improve the accuracy and reliability of measurements on transient modes of operation of a turbomachine with a unique connection frequency increasing the rotor with the temperature of the working fluid, additionally measure the size of the gap when the rotor is stopped by the contact sensor, then accelerate the rotor and stop it, simultaneously measuring the rotational speed of the rotor and generating a signal corresponding to the gap, and correct the calibration characteristic of the contactless sensor during transient modes of engine operation, using the true value of the gap when the rotor is stopped, as measured by the contact sensor, and the value of the rotor speed at transient conditions.
