Abstract

Изобретение относитс к медицине , точнее к хирургической стоматологии . Цель изобретени - уменьшение послеоперационных осложнений. Дл этого внеротовым подходом обнажают угол, ветвь и часть нижней челюсти. Производ т костный распил от полулунной вьфезки косо по линии продолжени сосудисто -нервного пучка. Линию остесггомии продолжают параллель- но ходу канала сосудисто-нервного до проекции 5-6-х зубов в зависимости от требуемого удлинени нижней челюсти. Мобилизованный передний отдел челюсти выдвигают до получени ортогнатического приеуса и фиксируют костными швами. Резецируют венечный отросток.
