Description

A process for the galvanic deposition of metals on rotating cathodes is known. Current supply by means of sliding contacts is widely used in electrical engineering, for example, in all cases of current supply by brushes.

It is proposed to use a known electrolysis method for electroplating specifically on ceramic-metal lamps connected as cathodes, as well as a method of attaching lamps in an electroplating bath, providing for their placement on rotating rollers of non-conductive material with current supply to the lamps separately to each lamp input using slides. contact, not immersed in the electrolyte.

This embodiment allows to intensify electrolysis and improve the quality of the coating.

FIG. 1 shows an installation for electroplated coating of lamps; in fig. 2 given electrical circuit diagram of electroplating lamps.

A flat anode 1 is located at the bottom of the electroplating bath. Rotating rollers 2 made of vinyl plastic are placed over the latter. Ceramic-metal lamps 3, connected as a cathode, are placed in the sockets formed by the rollers. The rollers are driven through a gear from the engine and impart rotational movement to the lamps. Rotational speed of 30-60 rev / ish. Electric current is supplied to the lamps through three metal contact brushes 4 separately to the anode, mesh and cathode terminals of the lamps. The current applied to each input is controlled independently by separately installed on each circuit of the rheostat 5. The lamps are immersed in the electrolyte 6 incompletely so that the contacting brushes are not electroplated.
