Description

Известны устройства дл  контрол  целостности изделий, основанные на возбуждении ударом затухающих звуковых колебаний в провер емом изделии и последующем определении скорости затухани  в нем звука. Предлагаемое устройство дл  контрол  целостности изделий, основанное на известном способе контрол , позвол ет автоматически отбраковывать издели , в которых происходит быстрое затухание звука. Сущность изобретени  состоит в применении системы из двух параллельно включенных тиратронов, на сетку одного из которых подаютс  усиленные электрические колебани  микрофона через интегрирующую цепочку , обеспечивающую плавное увеличение напр жени  на сетке, а в цепь катода второго тиратрона включена обмотка сортирующего реле, срабатывающего при затухании сигнала в микрофоне (звука в изделии) до истечени  установленного отрезка времени.The proposed device for monitoring the integrity of products, based on a known method of monitoring, allows for the automatic rejection of products in which sound is attenuated rapidly. Затухающие звуковые колебани , возникающие в провер емом ич делии при нанесении по нему удара, воспринимаютс  установленным вблизи издели  микрофоном /. Полученные на выходе микрофона переменные электрические колебани  поступают на вход усилител  на лампе 2. Усиленный сигнал детектируетс  выпр мителем 3 и подаетс  на интегрирующую цепочку 4, на вы.ходе которой получаетс  импульс посто нного тока, длительность которого определ етс  длительностью звучани  провер емого издели . Этот импульс подаетс  на сетку тиратрона 5. Тиратрон 5 включен параллельно тиратрону 6, благодар  чему при зажигании одного из тиратронов второй зажечьс  не может из-за резкого падени  напр жени  на его аноде.
