Abstract
8-10%. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of the product by reducing its hygroscopicity and reducing the loss of lysine. The culture fluid is evaporated and separated into centrifuges into a phase containing 60-70% solid matter, a substance, and a phase containing 30-40% solids. The first liquid is spray dried, and the second is again centrifuged. The isolated thicker liquid is again dried on the granules obtained from the first centrifugation. It comes until a true solution of lysine is obtained, which is dried last. The resulting product remains free-flowing for up to 6 weeks. The yield of the product increased by 8-10%. Description
The invention relates to the microbiological industry, in particular to the microbiological method for producing a lysine feed concentrate.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of the product by reducing its hygroscopicity and reducing the loss of lysine.
Example. The obtained after fermentation 45,000 l of culture liquid with a lysine producer were subjected to evaporation under vacuum in an evaporator at 60-95 ° C, as a result of which 10800 l of evaporated liquid were obtained. The solids content in it was 2900 kg, the concentration of dissolved lysine was 37%. This liquid is subjected to separation on the separators SOS 501 - 1-01 for 0.8 h with a rotor speed of 6050 rev / min. Two fractions are obtained: F ,, enriched in solid phase, and F, containing a reduced amount of suspended particles. Fraction F, quantity B received 4300 liters, the content of suspended particles of the solid phase was 1300 kg. Fraction F was obtained in the amount of 6500 l, the content of suspended particles in it was 1100 kg. During the first separation of the fraction F}, 62% of the solid phase was separated from the total amount of the solid phase present in the evaporated liquid.
Fraction Fg is subjected to re-separation for 0.5 h at a rotor speed of 6050 rpm. 3000 l of the Fd fraction enriched in the solid phase and a partially clarified fraction F are obtained. In the amount of 3500 l, the solids content in it was 380 kg.
Fraction F is subjected to further separation for 0.3 h at a rotor speed of 6050 rpm, resulting in a 1750 l fraction with a solids content of 230 kg and 1750 l of fraction F, which is a solution
Fraction F5 contained 61% solids. Fraction F is practically a 37% solution of lysine.
Fraction F) was subjected to spray drying in a suspended fluidized bed at 80 ° C. After drying the fraction F / and the formation of dry granules, the Fe fraction was also sprayed onto their surface until it was completely dried, then in a similar manner successively during the drying process.
После заверщени высушивани получили 5500 кг готового гранулированного продукта.fractions of the Fe and Fe fractions were sprayed onto the granules Upon completion of the drying, 5500 kg of the final granulated product was obtained.
