Abstract
4 4The invention relates to the field of metallurgy and can be used to strengthen cast parts from cemented steels. The aim of the invention is to reduce the fatigue and hardness resistance of cast cemented steel. The sleeves of steels 25X2L and 25XL are placed in a cementing furnace and are cemented at a temperature of 930-950 ° C for 6 hours, the sleeves are cooled together with the furnace. After cementation, the products are heated to a temperature of 10-20 ° C above the point Ac of the steel core and quenched in oil, followed by tempering at a temperature of 180-200 ° C for 2 hours. Cemented products thus heat treated have high fatigue resistance and high hardness. 1 tab. with S W oo ate 4 4
Description
The invention relates to metallurgy and can be used to strengthen cast parts from cemented steels.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the fatigue and hardness resistance of cast cemented steel,
The method is carried out as follows.
Fatigue test sleeves, molded from steel 25HL and 25H2L for gasified models m. Outer diameter of the sleeves 50 mm, internal 38 mm, height 70 mm. From the bottom, the cylinder ends in a solid bottom, top flange height: 12 mm and diameter 70 mm. This sleeve shape allows fatigue testing without any machining operations.
After casting and freeing the castings from the sand, sandblasting of the surface is performed. The resulting sleeves are placed in the cement furnace C-105 and cementation is carried out at 930-950 ° C. Aging time is 6 hours. A carburizing depth of 0.8-0.9 mm is obtained. The cement sleeves are cooled with the kiln.

After cementation, the sleeves are placed in a heating furnace, heated to various temperatures and, after holding for 0.5 h, quenched in oil. After quenching, tempering in a solar furnace at 180–200 ° C follows. Exposure time 2 hours. Cooling is carried out with the furnace. The sleeves thus treated are subjected to a study: their surface hardness is determined, tested for fatigue.
The results of the study are shown in the table.
The results indicate that for steels, fatigue resistance and the value of hardness after heat treatment by the proposed method are substantially higher than by the known method.
