Abstract
5 00The invention relates to hydrocarbons and is intended to open up the formation of wells. The purpose of the invention is an increase in perforation penetration. Lining material facing punch is made on the basis of metal. As a metal, bismuth or an alloy of bismuth-based eutectic composition with lead and / or tin, or antimony is used. The presence of bismuth in the material allows an extremely large penetration depth to be achieved without the formation of plugs. The use of this material improves the hydraulic connection between the reservoir layers and the space inside the pipe. As a result, the production of hydrocarbons increases, the specific decreases, i.e. the arrival is at the actual length of the well, the number of explosions while maintaining the same flow results. 1 tab. § OE OO CO O5 00
Description
Изобретение относитс к вскрытию пласта скважины путем перфорации труб, предназначенных дл добычи углеводородов .The invention relates to opening a wellbore by perforating pipes for producing hydrocarbons.
The aim of the invention is to increase the penetrability of the material during perforation.
д.The footer-5 of increased efficiency contains 0.5-100% bismuth and may have an asymmetrical shape or it may be made in the form of a cone, a cone or a double cone, or a truncated cone, etc.
The lining of the coating is effective with g-lining material. According to the invention, the average depths are formed by lining materials obtained from bismuth-containing eutectic alloys containing,%: bismuth 55.5 and lead 44.5 (optimum melting point is 124 ° C), bismuth 58 and tin 42 (optimum melting point is 140 ° C ) or bismuth 48, lead 28.5, albumin 14.5 and antimony 9 (the optimum melting temperature is 226 ° C). These liner cladding materials containing 48–60% bismuth, prepared from eutectic alloys and having a conical shape prevent clogging of the perforation channels by plugs, increase the penetrating ability of hollow explosive charges. The form of the lining layer is a material of bismuth copper alloys containing relatively little bismuth. These alloys are also at a very small, for example, 0.7% share of bismuth, extremely hrrshki and are destroyed by the DI | Namic force effect of the powder as by a detonation explosion. As a result, perforation occurs, free from traffic jams.
The following rational form of execution of the lining coating of increased efficiency is formed by lining materials consisting only of bismuth. With these materials, an extremely large penetration depth can be achieved without congestion.
20Compare the lining layer of bismuth, made of the proposed material with a known copper lining layer. на проникновени предлагаемого футе- рующего материала на 44% больше, чем при известных футерующих материалах .on the penetration of the proposed lining material by 44% more than with known lining materials.
Таким образом, предлагаемый футерующий материал по сравнению с из- 25 вестным обладает повьщ1енной эффективностью .It is also seen from the table that with the proposed footer layer no plug formation occurs. Thus, the proposed lining material, compared with the known, has a higher efficiency.

е. приход щеес на длину скважины число взрывов с сохранением одинаковых результатов протекани .the extraction of coal hydrogenation products, 30 due to penetrating kangshovs of greater depth penetrated in the cemented pipes and without traffic jams, the hydraulic connection between the reservoir layers and the space inside the pipe is improved. As a result, hydrocarbons can be produced in large quantities. Taking into account that the length of the penetrating channels increases during perforation and that the channels 40 do not contain any plugs, it is possible to reduce the specific, i.e. the number of explosions at the well length, while maintaining the same flow results.
