Abstract
ми колебани ми в участке стержн -волновода уменьшенного поперечного сечени . 1 ил. i (Л 00 СП ГчЭ The invention relates to the testing of materials for high-speed stretching and improves the accuracy of testing by reducing the distortion of the load wave as it passes through the threaded connection of the gripping specimen head to the waveguide rod. This is achieved due to the fact that a part of the gripping head of the sample is screwed into the blind threaded hole of the rod of the waveguide up to the stop into the flat bottom of the hole, and the lock nut is screwed onto the rest of the gripping head, by means of which gaps in the threaded connection are selected. The method eliminates the occurrence of oscillations which, when using a known joining method, are due to longitudinal oscillations in the rod section of the waveguide of a reduced cross section. 1 il. i (L 00 SP HchE
Description
The invention relates to the investigation of the strength properties of materials under high-speed loading, in particular, to methods of connecting a sample with a Bog-10-bar rod, which was tested for high-speed stretching.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of the tests by reducing the distortion of the load wave and its passage through the threaded connection.
The drawing shows the scheme of the proposed method.
Затем на остальную часть захватной головки 4 навинчивают контргайку 7, с помощью которой выбирают зазоры в резьбовом соединении .Sample 1 of the test material connected to the core-waveguide 2, on which the strain gauge 3 is installed, has a threaded gripping head 4, and the core-waveguide 2 is made with a blind threaded hole 5 with a flat bottom 6. To connect sample 1 to the core-waveguide 2 A part of the gripping head 4 is screwed into the threaded hole 5 up to the stop of the end face of the sample 1 in the flat bottom 6 of the hole 5. Then a locknut 7 is screwed onto the rest of the gripping head 4, with which the gaps in the threaded connection are selected.
The method of connecting the sample to the rod-waveguide when testing for high-speed stretching, on which the threaded gripping head of the sample is screwed into the blind threaded hole of the rod-waveguide and select the gaps in the threaded connection using a lock nut, characterized in that, in order to improve test accuracy due to the reduction of distortion, the load wave during its passage through the threaded connection, a part of the sample pickup head is screwed into the threaded hole of the waveguide rod up to the stop
When tested, the free end of the 25 end of the specimen in the bottom of the orifice, in which specimen 1 applies a shock load, is flattened, and the screw load nut of the load that propagates to the rest of the gripping head.
образцу, нроходит через резьбовое соединение практически без искажений, так как при соединении захватной головки со стержнем волноводом предлагаемым способом обеспечиваетс надежна выборка зазоров без предварительного нагружени образца и исключаетс возникновение осцилл ции, ко- TOpEiie нри использовании известного способа обусловлены продольными колебани ми в участке стержн -волновода уменьшенного поthe sample is passed through the threaded connection with almost no distortion, since when the gripping head is connected to the rod by the waveguide using the proposed method, a reliable sample of the gaps without preloading the sample is obtained and oscillation that prevents the use of the known method is determined by longitudinal vibrations in the rod section. reduced waveguide
