Abstract
б. B. used to create carbide weapons for roller cone bits or bits. The purpose of the invention is to increase the effectiveness of the destruction of the rock while ensuring the strength of the clove. It consists of a shank 1 and placed coaxially with the working head (WG) 2 in the form of a 3 Vras body, and a stress concentrator in the form of a cylinder 4. Rotation body 3 is described by a second-order curve, and the end of cylinder 4 is not located below the top of WG 2 When interacting with the rock, at first a contact area is formed along the end of the cylindrical part of RG 2. As the load on the tooth increases, a crack forms along the contact line, and then a ring cantilever. As the load increases, the console further breaks out and the rock is crushed under the cylindrical part of WG 2. Then a new destruction cycle begins. 2 Il. a (L CO sd ND O CO ND
Description
The invention relates to rock cutting tools and can be used to create carbide weapons for roller cone bits or bits.
The aim of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the destruction of the rock while ensuring the strength of the tooth.
FIG. 1 and 2 depict the proposed carbide insert for rock-breaking tools.
The carbide insert contains a cylindrical shank 1 and a working head 2, and the surface of the working head 2 is a combination of a Vrah, a second-order surface and a cylinder 4, which are coaxially mixed, and the height of the protrusion of the cylindrical part of the head is determined by .
A carbide insert for rock-breaking tools with a working head in the form of a combination of a second-order rotation surface and a cylinder allows the destruction of hard rocks to be similar to the destruction of rock when indenters with a flat base are introduced.
The proposed tooth works as follows.
When interacting with the rock, initially the contact area is formed along the end of the cylindrical part of the working head. As the load on the tooth grows along the contact line, an annular conic crack develops, and an annular console is formed. With further increase in load
Если действие нагрузки продолжаетс ,the ring cantilever breaks out and the rock is crushed inside the truncated cone under the cylindrical part of the working head. If the load action continues,
A new cycle of destruction may begin, with the cylindrical part of the indenter interacting with the newly formed surface of the well. When the load is insufficient for destruction, the rock may weaken due to the development of a conical treadmill in it.
With abrasive wear of the cylinder edge, the chuck's working capacity is maintained as its working head approaches along the contour to the standard one.
Использование предлагаемого технического решени позвол ет существенно увеличить эффективность процесса разрушени породы инструментом по сравнению с известными .The use of the proposed technical solution allows to significantly increase the efficiency of the process of rock destruction with an instrument compared to the known ones.
