2 з.п. с (б (ЛThe invention relates to a carbide tool for drilling holes and wells. The purpose of the invention is to increase the speed of drilling. The crown contains a body reinforced with wedge-shaped known carbide inserts (TB) 2 and 5. From the end of the body, a central cone-shaped recess communicated with the flushing channel is made in the body. At least one of the TB 2, except for the main blade (L), has an additional (DL) extending along the generatrix of the conical recess. The angle of sharpening DL increases towards the crown axis, and the angles of sharpening DL and L are asymmetric. In the process of working, TV 5 with one L 6 destroys the annular surface of the bottom, and the rest of it destroys the TV 2 with its DL and L. The destroyed part of the core is placed in the space between the core and the tapered groove. When the height of TB 2 decreases in the process of reflowing, the length L approaches the sum of L and the projection of DL. At the meeting of two TV 2 and DL core destruction occurs under the action of breaking forces. 2 hp f-ly. beat c (b (L

The invention relates to a carbide tool for drilling holes and wells.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the speed of drilling.
FIG. 1 shows the proposed crown with the cut-away sections of the carbide insert A-A and B-B, the general view in FIG. 2 - working end of the crown; in fig. 3 is a variant of a three-peel crown with asymmetrical angles of the working faces at
6 - схема образовани керна.the top of the main and additional blades of the insert; in fig. A is a diagram of the destruction of the bottom and core at the central location of the recesses in FIG. 5 is the same offset recess in FIG. 6 is a core formation diagram.
The drill bit includes body 1, reinforced with wedge blade carbide inserts 2 with main 3 and additional side A blades and inserts 5 with one main blade 6. In body 1, a conical recess 7 is provided, which communicates with channel 8 to supply flushing agent to the bottom hole or hole. Additional blade 4 is placed in the radial plane of the conical recess 7 at an angle to the vertical axis of the crown, protrudes above the conical surface and is made on a length not less than the height used is solid. alloy insert 2. The depth of the tapered recess exceeds the height of the insert, so that there is a guaranteed space in diameter and in height for the core and its broken particles being formed.
The crown works as follows.
Carbide inserts 5 with their blades 6 having a length of 1 destroy only the annular surface of the bottom of Kj (Figs. 4 and 5). Box 2 has a variable length of 1 in the process of wear and sharpening of the crown, and also destroys the surface K ,. The core K with a diameter at the base d, 4 is destroyed by the additional blade 4 of the insert 2 under the influence of the forces P (Fig. 6). Since the diameter of the recess da is greater than the diameter of the core d | in all sections along its height, between the core and the tapered recess there is a free space in which the destroyed parts of the core are located. With the height of the inserts 2 decreasing in the process of reflowing, for example, to level II (Fig. 6), the length of the main blade of the insert 1 increases and approaches the sum of the main and projection of the auxiliary blade L (Fig. 1), which remains constant over the entire period of operation crowns. Core diameter at base d in this case
уменьшаетс до величины d , пропорционально уменьшаетс высота керна, при этом услови разрушени керна сохран ютс неизменными ,decreases to d, proportionally decreases the height of the core, while the conditions for the destruction of the core remain unchanged,
With a counter diametric arrangement of two inserts 2 with additional blades 4, the destruction of the core occurs under the action of breaking forces, which are most favorable from the point of view of energy consumption.
Смещение конусного углублени предпочтительно при больших скорост х бурени , так как при этом объем свободного пространства между керном и углублением увеличиваетс на величину смещени .The displacement of the tapered recess is preferably at high drilling rates, since in this case the volume of free space between the core and the recess increases by the amount of displacement.
Увеличение угла при вершине дополнительного лезви к оси коронки позвол ет увеличить прочность консольной части дополнительного лезви .Increasing the angle at the tip of the additional blade to the crown axis allows increasing the strength of the cantilever part of the additional blade.
Angle ei, in section B-B at the base of insert 2 is greater than the angle of sharpening ct in section А-А at the tip of the insert (Fig. 1). The sharpening angles of the main and additional blades can be asymmetric, which allows the use of this crown with rotational-impact Mr. Drilling ,. FIG. 3 the angle of the working face Y is greater than the angle fb on the other working face, while the blade is offset relative to the longitudinal axis of the carbide insert.
The proposed crown allows you to increase the speed of drilling and to ensure the rational use of energy consumption regardless of the number of refluxing of the crown during its operation until the full use of carbide inserts in height.
