Цель изобретени - повьше- ние подвижности смеси и прочности. Способ приготовлени бетонной или растворной смеси предусматривает предварительное увлажнение мелкого заполнител до 8-20%-ной влажности водным раствором сульфитно-дрожжевой бражки или хлористого натри концентрацией 0,25-2% с последующей обработкой заполнител высоковольтным потенциалом 7-25 кВ и смешением его с остальными компонентами смеси. Получаема бетонна смесь имеет осадку конуса до 22-24 см, а прочность бетона при сжатии до 39 МПа. 1 табл.
