Изобретение относитс  к способам приготовлени  бетонных или растворных смесей и может найти применение в промьшшенности строительных материалов . Цель изобретени  - повьше- ние подвижности смеси и прочности. Способ приготовлени  бетонной или растворной смеси предусматривает предварительное увлажнение мелкого заполнител  до 8-20%-ной влажности водным раствором сульфитно-дрожжевой бражки или хлористого натри  концентрацией 0,25-2% с последующей обработкой заполнител  высоковольтным потенциалом 7-25 кВ и смешением его с остальными компонентами смеси. Получаема  бетонна  смесь имеет осадку конуса до 22-24 см, а прочность бетона при сжатии до 39 МПа. 1 табл. Пример. Мелкий заполнитель увлажн ют до 8-20%-ной влажности вод ными растворами сульфитно-дрожжевой бражки или хлористого натри , затем обрабатывают его в металлической чаше электростатическим потенциалом 725 кВ (посто нное электрическое поле) g тем, что, с целью повышени  подвижв течение 1-2 мин и смешивают с остальными компонентами бетонной смеси. Из смеси готов т образцы-кубы с ребром 100tмм. Образцы пропаривают по режиму 3+6+3 ч при 80 С и через сутки испытывают.Example.
