Description

Изобретение относитс  к области строительных материалов, а именно к добавкам, используемым дл  модификации свойств бетонных смесей. В насто щее врем  в качестве добавки-пластификатора бетонной смеси используют, например, соли диэфиров сульфо нтарной кислоты. Добавка увеличивает пластичность бетонной смеси на 180-200%, снижает расход воды затворени  на 18%, увеличивает прочность и долговечность бетона {1J« Известно применение рутина в качестве лекарственного препарата дл  уменьшени  проницаемости и ломкости капилл ров f2j. Целью изобретени   вл етс  дальнейшее повышение пластичности бетонной смеси, снижение величины воды за творени  и снижение расхода цемента без потери прочности. Эта цель достигаетс  применением рутина в качестве добавки-пластифика тора бетонной смеси. Предусматриваетс  использовать ка чистый рутин, так и водные его выт жки из бутонов софоры, содержащих до 20% рутина, полностью извлекаемого гор чей водной выт жкой. Водную выт жку готов т путем получасового медленного кип чени  бутонов софоры в воде из расчета 50 г на 1 л при этом получают 1%-ный раствор рутина. Добавку-пластификатор ввод т в количестве 0,005-0,25% по отношению к весу цемента. Дл  исследовани  пластифицирующего действи  добавок рутина были составлены смеси в количестве 1000 г из 25% цемента и 75% песка. Смеси отдельно затвор ли водой (без добавки) и водным раствором рутина. В смеси вводили рутин в количестве от 0,005 до 0,30% от веса цемента. После затворени  смеси при ,4, измер ли расплав конуса и формовали образцы кубика см, которые испытывали на прочность при сжатии. Результаты испытаний приведены в таблице. Введение рутина в количестве 0,2% от веса цемента снижает расход воды затворени  с 0,4 до 0,31, т.е. на 22%, и при зтом снижаетс  расход цемента на 10-15% без потери прочности .The invention relates to the field of building materials, namely to additives used to modify the properties of concrete mixtures. At present, for example, the salts of sulphatic acid diesters are used as a plasticizer additive for the concrete mix. The additive increases the plasticity of the concrete mix by 180–200%, reduces the consumption of mixing water by 18%, increases the strength and durability of the concrete. The aim of the invention is to further increase the plasticity of the concrete mixture, reducing the amount of water per creation and reducing cement consumption without loss of strength. This goal is achieved by using rutin as a plasticizer additive for the concrete mix. It is envisaged to use both pure rutin and its water extracts from Sophora buds containing up to 20% of the rutin completely extracted by hot water extract. The water extract is prepared by half an hour slow boiling of the Sophora buds in water at the rate of 50 g per 1 l; thus, a 1% solution of rutin is obtained. The plasticizer additive is introduced in an amount of 0.005-0.25% relative to the weight of the cement. To study the plasticizing effect of rutin additives, 1000 g mixtures of 25% cement and 75% sand were compounded. The mixture was separately sealed with water (without additive) and an aqueous solution of rutin. Rutin was introduced into the mixture in an amount of 0.005 to 0.30% by weight of cement. After mixing the mixture at 4, the melt of the cone was measured and the cm-cube samples that were tested for compressive strength were molded. The test results are shown in the table. At concentrations of rutin in the mixture in the order of 0.5-1.0% by weight of cement, the concrete mixture plasticizes to a melt of a cone of 230-240 mm, i.e. by 240%. Introducing rutin in an amount of 0.2% by weight of cement reduces the consumption of mixing water from 0.4 to 0.31, i.e. by 22%, and at this, cement consumption is reduced by 10-15% without loss of strength.
