Abstract
4 ил. 5 7 I /„ Z, 1 7У (Л I J I со со :о 4The invention relates to electrical engineering, more specifically to drives for transport mechanisms. The goal is to increase traction. The motor contains a primary part in the form of a magnetopowder 1 with the winding of the core 2 and the same FP of a permanent magnet 3 attached to it by non-magnetic parts 3, 4. The secondary part is formed by staggered ferromagnetic pole projections 8 and 9, between which rows there is a permanent magnet 5. The magnetizing force of the permanent magnets creates the main magnetic flux, which interacts with the currents of the core winding, creates an electromagnetic force, under the action of which the magnetic circuit 1 makes movements. The increase in tractive effort is achieved by reducing the dissipation fluxes and increasing the electromagnetic loads. 4 il. 5 7 I / „Z, 1 7У (Л I J I со со with: about 4

The purpose of the invention is to increase traction.
FIG. 1 shows the proposed linear motor, front view; in FIG. 2 - a variant of the location of the permanent magnet in the interpolar gap; in fig. 3 - engine, view in axonometry; in fig. 4 - the same, a variant with partial unloading of the supports of the movable part.
7.The primary part of the motor consists of one magnetic circuit 1, carrying the core 2 winding, and articulated with it by means of fixing non-magnetic parts 3 and 4 of the source of the magnetomotive force, made in the form of a permanent magnet 5 with pole pieces 6 and 7.
The secondary part is a variable magnetic permeability structure formed by two rows of pole protrusions 8 and 9 located on a common non-magnetic base 10 in a chess pattern.
9.The permanent magnet 5 is located in the zone between the rows of pole projections 8 and 9.
Размещение посто нного магнита вн магнитопровода кор в зоне -между р дами полюсных выступов 8 и 9 позвол ет увеличить т говое усилие за счет увеличени электромагнитных нагру- з ок - линейной токовой нагрузки, либо значени магнитной индукции в воздушном зазоре, что дает возможность более эффективного использовани активной поверхности магнитопровода кор .Placing a permanent magnet on the core of the magnetic core in the zone - between rows of pole projections 8 and 9 allows increasing the pulling force by increasing the electromagnetic load on the ok - linear current load, or the value of magnetic induction in the air gap, which makes it possible to more effectively use of the active surface of the magnetic core.
7.The distance between the rows of pole lugs 8 and 9 in the proposed design is determined only by the calculated value of the height of the permanent magnet 5 with pole tips 6 and 7.
The engine is running the next day ..
The magnetizing force of the permanent magnet creates the main magnetic flux Po in the magnetic circuit of the machine. Pole tips 6 and 7 contribute to the efficient use of a standing magnet along its entire length, and

Регулирование скорости и реверс двигател производ тс аналогично методом, примен емым в обычных электроприводах посто нного тока.not only its zones, which are opposed to pole lugs. The interaction of the flow P and the currents of the winding sections of the core 2, which lie opposite the pole projections B n 9, creates an electromagnetic force, by the action of which the magnetic circuit 1 begins to move. The electromechanical or semiconductor switch switches the current in the winding sections of the core 2 so that conductor currently opposed to pole projections, for example, 9, in one row and its direction remained the same when moving in one direction. Speed control and motor reverse are produced in a manner similar to that used in conventional DC electric drives.
FIG. Figure 4 shows the structural design of the proposed engine, which provides for partial or full compensation of the forces of one-sided attraction and weight of the movable part by selecting the appropriate geometry (in cross section) of the pole lugs 8 and 9 and pole tips 6 and 7. At the same time, the value of the lift force is determined corresponding ratios (angle of inclination and size) of the faces of prismatic magnetic cores 6, 7 and 8, 9, if the plane is technological
