Abstract
(С 100 :оо J ICO :()The invention relates to the field of chemical technology, specifically to the production of cellulose solutions for forming fibers, films and membranes. The invention allows to speed up the process of dissolving up to 2-4 hours of cellulose, reduce its temperature to 40 ° C and harmfulness, and reduce the viscosity of the solutions due to the fact that when the cellulose is dissolved in a mixture of triethylamine oxide and a co-solvent, nitromethane is used as a co-solvent in an amount of 10 - 40% by weight of the mixture. The invention relates to chemical technology, specifically to the production of cellulose solutions for forming fibers, films and membranes.
The purpose of the invention is to accelerate the process, reduce its temperature, improve sanitary and hygienic working conditions and reduce the viscosity of the resulting solutions.
Example 1. To obtain a 5% aqueous solution of cellulose in triethyl aminoxide (TEAO), 7.5 wt.% Dissolved sulphate pulp with SP-560 is placed in a flask equipped with a stirrer, and 142.5 wt.% TEAO is poured. The resulting mass is stirred at 50 ° C. and after 4 hours, a viscous, homogeneous solution of cellulose is obtained. The viscosity of the solution obtained prc 20 ° C is 125.9 Pas.
Example 2. 5 hours of dissolved sulphate cellulose, placed in a flask as in Example 1, are poured with a mixture consisting of 80% TEAO and 20% nitromethane (HM) (maximum allowable concentration is 30 mg / m PKD). which is obtained by displacement of 76 wt.% TEAO and 19 wt.% NM. After stirring the mass for 2 hours at 40 ° C, a homogeneous solution of cellulose is obtained. B of the solution at 20 ° C was 104.9 Pa s.
Example 3. To prepare a mixture of MEAO with HM containing 10% by weight of HM, to 84.6% by weight of TEAO was added

The resulting mixture is poured 6 hours sulphate pulp and peg
After stirring at 40 ° C for 4 hours, a homogeneous cellulose solution with a viscosity of 461.6 Pa is obtained, and at 20 ° C. In TEAO without HM additives under the same conditions, a cellulose solution is formed after 5 hours at 50 ° C and has a viscosity at 20 ° C 692.4 Pa. S. Example 5. 5 wt.% Fluff pulp sulphate pulp is poured with a mixture consisting of 94 wt.% TEAO and 1 wt.% Triethylamine (mg / cm). More triethylamine is not miscible with TEAO. When the resulting suspension was stirred at 40 ° C, no cellulose solution was formed. Raising the temperature to 50 ° C leads to the formation of a homogeneous solution 4 hours after the start of stirring. The viscosity of the resulting solution at 20 ° C is 125.6 Pas.
