Description
The invention relates to the woodworking industry and can be used in the manufacture of pencil tablets.
The purpose of the invention is to simplify the process of removing paraffin, reducing the time, increasing the accuracy and adjusting the paraffin content in pencil tablets.
Повышение температуры нагрва 143°С ведет к подгоранию поверхности бумажного фильтра, а снижение ниже 127°С увеличивает врем вы- держки и не обеспечивает полного извлечени парафина из карандашн ых дощечек .Removing paraffin using a heating operation ensures its rapid melting from a plate to a paper filter and reduces its losses due to the elimination of intermediate operations. Shortening the extraction time allows one to obtain a quantitative estimate of the paraffin content at the stage of impregnation of the plates before feeding them into the drying chambers and to correct the impregnation process. An increase in the heating temperature of 143 ° C leads to the burning of the surface of the paper filter, and a decrease below 127 ° C increases the holding time and does not ensure complete removal of paraffin from the pencil slats.
Example, Paraffin content is determined in plates that have undergone two stages of refining under production conditions: thermo-ammonia treatment and waxing. Weigh all filters designed to analyze the content of perafin in the surface layer of the plate. Then each filter is applied to the plate of controlled plates and pressed with a metal plate heated to 140 ° C for 20 s. During this time, the filter is impregnated with paraffin. At the same time, paraffin is smelted from the surface area of the plate, 1 mm thick, and the filter is impregnated within the limits of its full thickness. A similar operation is performed on the other side of the planks, applying a clean surface to them.

The pressing operation is also carried out for 20 seconds. Then weigh all the filters impregnated with paraffin. To determine the paraffin content in the inner layer (central zone), the surface layer is removed, 1 mm thick across the face on both sides of the plates, and the paraffin is removed from the central zone in the same way as described. The paraffin content in the plates is calculated by the formula
100,100,
Р| - вес фильтра исходный; С - нормирующий показатель.where P is the weight of the filter with paraffin ;. R | - the initial weight of the filter; C - normalizing indicator.
The results of the analysis of paraffin in the pencil tablet are shown in the table.
The use of the proposed method makes it possible to shorten the analysis time by about 100. times, to increase its accuracy by about 2.5 times.
