Abstract
The invention relates to the field of metal forming, and more specifically to lubricants during hot stamping. The invention makes it possible to improve the quality of the lubrication of the forgings during hot stamping due to the fact that it contains an additional component in the form of sawdust, which removes the dross from the forgings during processing in the following ratio of ingredients, wt.%: Paper 3 - 5, water glass ( weight 1.35 - 1.45) 20 - 30, sawdust 35 - 55, water the rest. When using a lubricating coating of a specified composition deposited on sheets of paper, the blank is covered with sheets whose sides with sawdust are facing the blank. 1 tab.

Изобретение относитс к обработке металлов давлением,а именно к смазкам , используемым при гор чей обработке .The invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure, in particular to lubricants used in hot working.
The purpose of the invention is to increase calec TBA lubrication of the surfaces of forgings by removing scale from them.

The sawdust content in the lubricating coating is 35-55% by weight. When the content of sawdust is more than 55 wt.%, It is necessary to apply a repeated layer of sawdust on dried and re-moistened liquid glass sheets with an already applied layer of lubricant and, moreover, the percentage of scale removal from the surface of the stowage does not increase. Reducing the content of sawdust below 35 wt.% Affects the removal of scale from the surface of the workpiece due to the formation of an uneven, poor, layer of the sheet surface.
An aqueous solution of liquid glass with a specific gravity of 1.35 - 1.45, has antifriction and heat insulating properties, improves the filling of the stream and is the link between wood sawdust and a sheet of paper. With a content of this glass in an amount of less than 20% by weight of the wood, sawdust in certain areas of the sheet is not sufficiently glued together with each other, thus forming a continuous layer. When the content of liquid glass is more than 30 wt.% The solution flows from the surface of the sheet.
The lubricant coating is prepared as follows.
On a sheet of paper, having a shape close to the shape of the forging in the plan, a layer of an aqueous liquid glass solution is applied, followed by a uniform layer of wood sawdust. After applying the sawdust, the sheet is dried in air.

и опилками,укладывают между заготовкой и нижним штампом, а сверху заготовку покрывают таким же листом, при этом сторона листа со слоем опилок обращена к заг отовке.and sawdust, placed between the workpiece and the lower stamp, and the top of the workpiece is covered with the same sheet, with the side of the sheet with a layer of sawdust facing the pile.
IExample. In order to conduct industrial testing of the proposed coating, three lubricant compositions were prepared, the content of components of which is within the specified limits (see table, compositions 4-6) and two compositions with extreme component values (compositions 3 and 7). In order to obtain comparative data, known types of lubricants were tested (compounds 1 and 2). I
Each type of lubricant was tested when stamping cranks (10 pieces) on a hammer with a mass of falling parts of 5 tons. A sheet of liquid glass and a layer of sawdust were applied to a sheet of paper 750x400 mm and then dried in air.
таблицу).After stamping, the blanks were cooled and inspected to determine the degree of scale removal from the surface. (See table).
Coating sheets of compositions 4-6 of the proposed lubricant provides a more complete removal of scale.
An increase in the remaining scale is observed on the surface of the blanks stamped with compounds 3 and 7.
On the surface of the blanks, which were stamped with known lubricant compositions, traces of scale forged in the body are visible.
