При применении известных способов термической обработки изделий- , изготовленных «з углеграфитовых материалов (электродов, жаропрочных изделий, нагревателей, электрощеток, угольных разр дников и т. д.), заключающихс  в обжиге их до температуры 1300° и графитации при температуре 2500-3000°, с изменением температуры свойства и структура этих материалов мен ютс  равномерно по всему объему обрабатываемого издели . Между тем -в р де случаев требуетс , чтобы издели  из углеродистых материалов имели неодинаковые физические и полупроводниковые свойства в различных местах сечени .
