Известны приспособлени  к токарному станку дл  обточкн секторов , примен емых при изготовлении канавок на сверлах нутем пластической деформации. В них используетс  сид щий на оправке с кольцевой заготовкой копир, воздействующий через толкатель на коромысло, управл ющее движением подпружиненного резцедержател . Однако применение их не дает возможности совмещени  обработки профильной и заходной частей секторов в одну операцию.Known adaptations to a lathe for turning sectors used in the manufacture of grooves on drills with nodular plastic deformation. Корпус 1 приспособлени  укрепл етс  вместо резцедержател  на суппорте токарного станка. В патроне 2 и заднем центре 3 станка зажимаетс  оправка 4, на которой вместе с кольцевой заготовкой 5 посажен копир 6. Копир 6, воздейству  через толкатель 7 на коромысло 8, передает .возвратно-поступательное движение подпружиненному резцедержателю 9. Нат жение пружины 10 резцедержател  9 регулируетс  маховиком П, а нри помощи маховика 12 производитс  установка резцедержател  по отнощению к обрабатываемой кольцевой заготовке 5.The tool body 1 is fixed instead of the tool holders on the lathe support.
