Abstract
The invention relates to agriculture, in particular, to seed farming of potatoes on a surplus-free basis.
Целью изобретени вл етс сокращение срока выращивани исходного оздоровленного материала картофел и увеличени количества меристемных клубней на одно пробирочное растение .The aim of the invention is to reduce the growing time of the original, healthy potato material and to increase the number of meristem tubers per test-tube plant.
Five varieties of potatoes of different maturity, improved by the method of culture of the meristem in combination with thermotherapy, were used in the experiment. All varieties were propagated by sequential cutting. Received 6311 plants. The plants were freely grown in test tubes in three variants. The free growing of plants consisted in the fact that tubes were removed from the tubes for a certain number of days, according to the variants, with the height of the plants under the plug. The plants were fed with a Knop nutrient solution at a rate of 1-2 ml per plant.
Experiment No. 1. For 3/4 of one day plants grew above the test tube to 3 cm.
Test No. 2. In 4-7 days, the plants grew above the test tube to 5 cm.
Test no. 3. In 10–15 days, plants grew above the test tube to 7–10 cm.
Option # 2 turned out to be optimal. The plants were strong, well developed, easily pulled out of test tubes, 35 did not break.
All plants planted 27-31 ma in field conditions (at an isotope) on an area of 0.17 ha. Landing pattern
The plant capacity was 87.3-96.5%. The whole vegetative period of the plant remained healthy (serological analysis for X, Y, S, M viruses, electron microscopic - control). After 1.5 months plants have reached a height of 20-30 cm, they began to cut, the phase of the beginning of budding; after 2 months - phase of bloom. After 3.5 months, the potatoes were harvested clones.
