Abstract
Изобретение относитс к медицинской технике и предназначено дл ортопедии и травматологии. Цель изобретени - снижение трав.матизации костей сустава и окружающих тканей и повышение эффективности разгрузки суставных поверхностей. Устро11- ство содержит пневматическую манжет I. наружна поверхность которой в поперечиом направлении армирована нераст жимыми нит ми 2. Манжетка 1 имеет подающие трубки 3 с клапанами 4. Дл фиксации к кост м и эндопротезам сустава манжетка имеет с одной стороны ст гивающий по сок 5 дл фиксации на проксимальном конце кости или ее эндонротезе, а с другой стороны - петли 6. Манжетка 1 выполнена пр моугольной и имеет с двух сторон петли 7 и кнопки 8, посредством которых манжетка образует замкнутую вокруг кости оболочку. 3 ил. i (Л 5 фиг.1The invention relates to medical technology and is intended for orthopedics and traumatology. Устройство дл разгрузки сустава содержит пневматическую манжетку 1, выполненную из эластичного материала, наружна поверхность которой в поперечном направлении армирована нераст жимыми нит ми 2, что обеспечивает раст жение манжетки 1 только в продольном направлении. Манжетка 1 имеет подающие трубки 3 с клапанами 4, через которые осуществл ют раздувание манжетки 1. При этом торцова поверхность 9 упираетс в суставную впадину вокруг головки кости. При необходимости через петли 6 провод т нити дл более надежной фиксации манжетки 1 к поверхности суставной впадины..
