Description

алюлшни .This invention relates to the technology of making a non-cell-ceramic alloy on the basis of an oxide.

The presently existing. Mineral-ceramic splaze CM-332 on ocHOBie alumina has a flexural strength of about 35 kg / mm.

В последнем случае происходит частичное восстановление глинозема и сксикарбида алюмини .The proposed mineral-ceramic alloy has a flexural strength of 50-60 kg1mm, and in terms of wear resistance is not inferior to the CM-332 alloy. An increase in strength in the new alloy is achieved by incorporating carbon dioxide in alumina in an amount of 0.1–3. Carbon is introduced into the oxide in the form of carbon black, added to the carbon dioxide before its p-azmol or by sintering alumina in a carbon-containing atmosphere. In the latter case, there is a partial recovery of alumina and aluminum scicarbide.

Помимо фазы а -АЬОз в нем образуетс  упрочн юща  фаза оксикарбида алюмини .The new Mlyi "eralo-K1eramichesky alloy has a two-phase structure. In addition to phase a-ABO3, the hardening phase of aluminum oxycarbide is formed in it.

In addition to carbon IB, modifying additives, such as oxides of rot, chromium and others, are introduced to alumina to reduce the sintering temperature and reduce grain growth.

Subject invention

An alumina-ceramics-ceramic alloy for cutting metals and alloys, characterized by the fact that, in order to increase the strength and form a two-phase structure of a-AO3 and aluminum oxycarbide, 0.1-3.0% of carbon is introduced into the composition of alumina.
