1 з.п. (Л СThe invention relates to a technology for potash fertilizers and can be used to reduce the potliness of potassium chloride. The aim of the invention is to improve the physicomechanical properties of potassium chloride and reduce the consumption of anti-caking agent. The goal is achieved by treating potassium chloride with the complex salt CaCl 2CO (III) 5 in an amount of 100-2000 g / t KCl. CaCl, 2CO (NHj) is used in the form of a 10-60% aqueous solution. 1 hp f-ly., 2 tablets. (Ls

1.As the data table. 1, the proposed method using the urea complex salt (experiments 8-15) allows, at lower costs, the anti-caking agent to achieve lower caking of potassium chloride than when using the known method using calcium chloride as the anti-caking agent (experiments 2-7). With the consumption of the urea complex salt less than 100 g / t KS1 (test 8), the caking of the finished product increases dramatically, and with the increase in consumption (over 2000 g / t KS1), the caking practically does not change. Therefore, it is advisable to handle potassium chloride with the complex urea salt in the amount of 100-2000 g / t KCl.
Tests of the proposed method show that when using aqueous solutions of urea complex salt of various concentrations within 10-60%, results are achieved to reduce the caking of chloride

По сравнению с известным предлагаемый способ позвол ет в 15 раз сократить расход антислеживател , а также при меньших расходах его значительно снизить слеживаемость хлористого кали .Compared with the known method, the proposed method allows a 15-fold reduction in the consumption of anti-caking agent, as well as at lower costs it significantly reduces the caking of potassium chloride.
