Abstract
Q S (Л Ю 00 00 а сдThe invention relates to a pulse technique and can be used in automated test systems. The aim of the invention is to increase the information content and accuracy. The method is as follows. The amplitude of the monitored pulses is compared with the reference voltage and the results are displayed on the indicators. The goal is achieved by decreasing the reference voltage at a constant rate from the upper permissible amplitude value to the lower one. The amplitude of the pulses is determined based on these two values, as well as the number of pulses whose amplitude exceeds the reference, the total number of pulses. A device implementing this method contains a processor 1, a source of reference voltage 2, a generator of 3 pulses, a reference element 4, a counter 5. When measured by the proposed method, the amplitude is determined within the tolerance with an accuracy of 0.2 V. 2 sludge. Q S (L Y 00 00 a sd

The invention relates to a pulse technique and can be used in automated test systems, where the measured value is known within certain limits.
The aim of the invention is to increase the information content and accuracy.
Figure 1 shows the structural diagram of the device that implements the proposed method; Fig. 2 is a timing diagram explaining the operation of the device.
1 ,A device that implements the tolerance control method and pulse amplitude measurement contains a processor 1, the first output of which is connected to the input of the source 2 of the reference voltage, and the second output - to the control input of the generator 3 by a pulse, the output of which is connected to one input of the element 4: , the second output of the reference voltage connected to the output of the source 2, and the output through the counter 5 to the input of the processor 1,
The device works as follows.
По программе проверки генератора 3 с процессора I выдаетс команда на вьщачу последовательности импульсов (например, последовательность в 100 импульсов) с определенной частотой (10 Гц).According to the generator 3 verification program, processor I is given a command to output a sequence of pulses (for example, a sequence of 100 pulses) with a certain frequency (10 Hz).
At the same time, processor 1 issues a command for uniformly lowering the reference voltage from the upper limit of the amplitude value to the lower limit in a time equal to the time of issuing a sequence of pulses.
Генератор 3 выдает последовательность импульсов, одинаковых по амплитуде (что гарантируетс конструкцией), и количество лодсчитанных импульсов счетчиком 5, которое фиксируетс про цессором 1, показывает (в процентах)In this case, the comparison element 4 starts to give pulses to the counter 5 each time when the am-pulse width exceeds the falling reference voltage of the source 2 (Fig 2). For normal operation, it is necessary that the first impulse of the sequence does not exceed the reference voltage, and at least the last impulse exceeds. If this condition is inconsistent, generator 3 rejects. The generator 3 generates a sequence of pulses of the same amplitude (which is guaranteed by the design), and the number of counted pulses by the counter 5, which is recorded by the processor 1, shows (in percent)

местонахождение фактического значени амплитуды в поле допуска.the location of the actual amplitude value in the tolerance field.
Now, the result of the measurement in do-it-yourself form can be given by the processor as a sum of the values of the lower level of the reference voltage and the calculated part of the tolerance (K). So, for example, with the tolerance control of the generator of 3 pulses with 190 + 10 V, the amplitude of the pulse at 50 counted pulses out of 100 is fixed to the nominal 190 V and consists of the sum of the values of the lower level of the allowable value (180 V) and 50% of the tolerance field, which is 20 B, t, e, 180 V + 50; 0.2 V 190 V, and the price of each calculated pulse is 1% of the output floor - 0.2 V,
Таким образом, если при двухуровневом способе контрол (где разница между эталонными напр жени ми и равна допуску) амплитуда импульса фиксировалась в пределах, равных допуску ((НО В) и ее фактическое значение оставалось неизвестным, то при измерении по предлагаемому способу амплитуда определ етс в пределах допуска более точно к истинному значению с погрешностью, равной малой части допуска (iO,2 В),Thus, if with a two-level control method (where the difference between the reference voltages and the tolerance is equal) the pulse amplitude was fixed within the limits of the tolerance ((BUT B) and its actual value remained unknown, then when measured by the proposed method, the amplitude is determined tolerance limits more precisely to the true value with an error equal to a small part of the tolerance (iO, 2 V),
