The invention relates to ferrous metallurgy, namely to filling Uteroak steel-casting ladles.
The purpose of the invention is the elimination of shrinkage, reduction of heat and conductivity,
TiOftO,55; CaO 2,6; MgO 2,7; ,38; 0,92; п.п.п. 10,05.The technological process of mass production is carried out according to the accepted scheme: for 5 min, magnesite of a 5-0 mm fraction is mixed simultaneously, consisting of 20% of a fraction of its mm, quartz sand, fractions of 0.6-0.1 mm, finely divided bentonite fractions of less than mm, have H9 {th next1 (chemical composition, wt.%: StO, 51, I; AH-O 24.3; 7.6; TiOftO, 55; CaO 2,6; MgO 2.7; , 38; 0.92; ppp 10.05.
Then ferrochromic slag is fed, mixed for another 4 minutes, after which a solution of liquid glass with a density of 1.15 g / cm is added. Because of the mass obtained, samples of various configurations are formed and their physico-ceramic properties are determined.
I. В табл. The compositions of the proposed and known masses are given 6 tab. I. In table. 2 Dasha 4c is the ceramic-ceramic properties of the mass of the proposed t of known compositions.
