The invention relates to optical instrumentation and can be used when working with various automatic angle measuring instruments.
The aim of the invention is to improve the accuracy of measurement and expand the range of measurement of dynamic characteristics.
The drawing shows a device for implementing the proposed method, which shows the luminous flux 2 emerging from the autocollimator 1, the fixed reflecting surface 3 and the movable reflective super-top 4 with adjusting screws 5 and 6 ,, modulator disk 7 mounted on the engine axis 8 9 and having a hole 10, two-channel recorder P.
The device that implements the method works as follows.
The light flux 2 coming out of the autocollimator 1 is alternately applied to two autonomous reflecting surfaces 3 and 4, with fixed surface 3 being chosen as the basic one. Reflecting surface 4 can be rotated around the horizontal and vertical axes using screws 5 and 6 for placing it onto the specified angles with respect to surface 3. Surfaces 3 and 4 are arranged around the circumference of the opening 10 of the disk 7 of the modulator fixed to the axis 8 of the engine 9. I connect a two-channel recorder 11 dp reg to the output of the autocollimator stration output signals in the horizontal and vertical planes amplitude of the output electrical sinalov autocollimator proportional to the angle of rotation of each of the reflecting surfaces.
First, the statics determine the values of the specified angles in the horizontal and vertical planes according to the scales of the investigated autocollimator 1. At the same time, the levels of H) input signals corresponding to the position of each of the reflecting surfaces 3 and 4 are measured on the tape of the recorder 1 1 Disk 7 of the modulator with the engine off 9 by turning the disk by hand.
Initially, the reflective surfaces 3 and 4 are horizontal.

с.NOS and vertical planes at an angle of 16 angles with. The light flux is then modulated by rotating the modulator disk and alternately aligning the aperture 10 with the reflective surfaces 3 and 4; the frequency of modulation is increased by increasing the speed of rotation of the disk with the help of an increase in the supply voltage of the modulator. At given angles in the horizontal and vertical planes of 16 angles, the autocollimator is examined at frequencies from 4 Hz and above. On the tape, the recorder records that at a frequency of 10 Hz the amplitude of the output signals decreases. Consequently, the modulation frequency has reached the limit level corresponding to the limit frequency of the autocollimator at given angles in the horizontal and vertical planes of 16 angles.
Then, the angles are changed in increments of 15 angular degrees by adjusting the reflecting surface 4 by adjusting screws 5 and 6 in the horizontal and vertical planes, and the measurement cycle dp is used to determine the limiting values of frequencies in a given angular range. .
