Abstract
The invention relates to a lifting and transport engineering and increases the reliability of the conveyor in operation. Reliability is achieved by ensuring reliable transmission of movement to the load-carrying body of the mobile section in any intermediate position. For this, the drive mechanism of the movable section is made in the form of envelopes by a closed circuit 14 mounted on the discharge drum (B) 3 of the fixed section of the sprocket (3) 13 and 3 15 and 16 mounted on the movable section. 3 15 and 16 are installed respectively on the end B 8 and 9. Under the discharge B 3 there are placed blocks 17 for tensioning the chain 14. When the drive B 2 is rotated from the engine 11, the belt 4 is driven. Rotation B 3 and 3 13 occurs, the chain 14 is set in motion. Through the chain 14 is held in rotation 3 15 and B 8 with the tape 10. 3 Il.

The invention relates to a lifting and transport machinery, namely to telescopic conveyors used, for example, in foundries.
The aim of the invention is to increase the reliability of the operation of the conveyor by ensuring reliable transmission of movement to the load-bearing body of the extendable section in any intermediate position.
Figure 1 shows a telescopic conveyor, folded, general view; figure 2 - the same, with the extended section; FIG. 3 is a kinematic diagram of the mechanism of the load-carrier drive, its slide-out organ.
The telescopic conveyor contains a stationary section 1, having a drive 2 and a discharge tension 3 drums, which bend around the load-carrying body in the form of a conveyor belt 4. Under section 1 there is a movable section 5, moved with the help of rollers 6 along the guides 7 of section 1. At the ends of the section 5, the end drums — driven 8 and tension 9 — are wound around an endless load-carrying organ in the form of a belt 10. The conveyor belt 4 is driven by a conveyor 11 from the engine 11 by means of, for example, a chain on an asterisk 12 installed on the shaft of the drive drum 2. The drive mechanism of the belt 10 of the movable conveyor section comes from the discharge drum 3, on the shaft of which the drive sprocket 13 is fixed using an infinitely closed circuit 14, which also covers the driven sprocket 15, mounted on the shaft of the drive drum 8, and the idler sprocket 16, the loosely tensioned shaft of the tension drum 9. For tensioning the chain
3.deflecting blocks 17 located under the drum 3 are being pressed.
The conveyor works as follows.
When the driving drum 2 rotates, the tape 4 moves, due to which the unloading drum 3 and the sprocket 13 mounted on its axis rotate, which in turn drives the chain 14 and through it the sprocket 15 and the driving drum 8 with the tape 10. For moving the slide section 5 relative to section 1 can be used by any separate mechanism, or by a manual actuator.
The proposed telescopic conveyor design is reliable in operation. The extendable section can be moved to any length, while maintaining a reliable transfer of pulling force from the ribbon of the fixed section.
