0f / e.f 12 The invention relates to a pulse technique and can be used to construct devices for analyzing input signals. The aim of the invention is to extend the functionality by making it possible to determine the direction of the current and to monitor the current in different half-periods of the alternating current. Fig. 1 shows a schematic of the threshold current and voltage monitor element; Fig. 2 shows time diagrams that show work. The threshold element of current and voltage control contains input bus 1.1-1.2, sensing element 2, the outputs of which are connected to the generator inputs of 3 pre-periodic oscillations, between which diodes 4 and 5 connected in parallel to each other, and the generator of 3 periodic oscillations contains the first and the second counter-connected tunnel diodes 6 and 7, and the first output of the first tunnel diode 6 is connected to the first input of the oscillator 3 periodic oscillations, the choke 8 with the additional winding the first output of which It is connected to the second input of the generator 3 periodic oscillations, the second output is connected to the first output of the second tunnel diode 7, and the first and second capacitors 9 and 10 are connected in parallel to the tunnel diodes 6 and 7, and the outputs of the throttle cables are connected to the output buses 11 and 12.. works as follows. An alternating current flows through the sensitive element 2, creating a voltage drop across it. This voltage is applied to the input of the generator 3 periodic oscillations. If the specified voltage is less than the voltage required to transfer the operating point of tunnel diodes 6 and 7 in the current-voltage characteristics with negative resistance, then the generator 3 periodic oscillations formed by a series circuit of the windings of the drossel 8 and tunnel diodes 6 and 7, no excitation is given, and there are no impulses at the output of the throttles 8. With an increase in the voltage drop across the sensing element 2 (for example, if the current increases in the controlled circuit 32 pi), depending on the polarity of the next half-period of the monitored current, one of the tunnel diodes (6 and 7) is transferred to the current-voltage portion characteristics i possessing a negative resistance, and the generator of 3 periodic oscillations forms a burst of pulses, the filling frequency of which is determined by the polarity of the half-cycle of the current (since only one of the diodes 6 and 7 operates in this half-period, in the forward direction and not a shunt parallel-connected capacitor). In the half-cycle of the current of the other polarity, the oscillator 3 of periodic oscillations also generates a burst of pulses, however, the filling frequency of the second bundle is different, since another tunnel diode is connected with a capacitor of a different capacitor connected in parallel to it. Thus, when the controlled current reaches a predetermined value, the generator 3 of periodic oscillations generates a burst of pulses having different filling frequencies and following with the frequency of the half cycles of the monitored current. 1l setting the periodic generator 3 periodic oscillations to another trigger threshold, it is enough to change the place of connection of the threshold transducer to the sensing element 2, choose a shorter section of the controlled conductor to increase the sensor trigger threshold, or a longer section of the conductor to decrease the trigger threshold. With further increase of current in the controlled circuit, for example, in case of emergency overload of the controlled conductor, the voltage drop across the sensing element increases, and the operating point of one tunnel diode (operating in this half-period) shifts to the current-voltage characteristic corresponding to the diffuse current increase. The operation of the periodic oscillator 3 is terminated in this case. In this case, in each half-period of current, a generator of periodic oscillations generates two bursts of pulses — on the growing portion of the half-cycle and on the falling portion (i.e., on the sections of the half-current); the voltage drop on the sensing element 2 when acting corresponds to the offset of the working diodes 6 and 7 to the areas of the current-voltage characteristics with negative resistance. In addition, with an increase in the current, and consequently of the voltage drop across the sensing element 2, diodes 4 and 5 begin to work, which limit the voltages on the oscillator, preventing the tunnel dirds 6 and 7 from breaking. Thus, the proposed current sensor makes it possible to record the moment of a controllable current of the setpoint value, in this case, the pulse frequency at the sensor output is four times higher than the frequency of the monitored current. When a direct current is flowing in a controlled circuit, the operation is not different from the indicated one, except that the periodic oscillator 3 generates not a batch of pulses, but a continuous sequence of pulses, and depending on the current direction in the controlled circuit, the periodic oscillator 3 is provided only one tunnel diode (the second diode is shifted to the reverse portion of the current-voltage characteristic and shunts a capacitor connected in parallel to it), and one of the condensates po, 9 or 10, which differs greatly capacity (e.g. on the docking pores). Consequently, when the sensor is operating in direct current circuits and when the controlled current reaches the generator setpoint. 3 periodic oscillations form a different pulse frequency, determined by the direction of the controlled current. The proposed current and voltage threshold control element allows controlling the current magnitude, its frequency, the current reaching the setpoint value, the instant the setpoint value is monitored by the current, and the current direction. Since the normal operation of tunnel diodes 6 and 7 requires a voltage of the order of tens of millivolts, the sensitive element 2, to which the periodic oscillator 3 is connected, may have a low power and be an element of the controlled circuit. The output signal is taken from the additional winding of 9 droplets connected to the output buses 11 and 12. The claims Threshold current and voltage control element containing input buses for connecting the sensing element and a periodic oscillator containing a tunnel diode and a droplet-resetter, the first outputs of which connected to corresponding input lines, characterized in that, in order to extend the functionality by providing the ability to separate the direction of the current and to monitor the current in different half-periods and alternating current, a second tunnel diode and two capacitors are introduced into the periodic oscillation generator, while the tunnel diodes are connected in opposite direction, the second diode of the second tunnel diode is connected to the second droselle terminal, and the capacitors are connected in parallel with the corresponding tunnel diodes.
