The purpose of the invention is to increase the measurement accuracy, which is achieved by compensating for the nonidentity of the phase meter channels. The drawing shows a structural diagram of the phase meter. The phase meter contains two formers 1 and 2, trigger 3, normalizing unit 4, low frequency filter 5, voltmeter 6, two waiting multivibrators 7 and 8, two feedback units 9 and 10, two integrators 11 and 12, two differentiating units 13 and 14, two limiters 15 and 16, two inverters 17 and 18, an adjustment unit 19 and a reference voltage source 20. In this case, the input of the first channel through the serially connected first driver 1, the first multivibrator 7 waiting, the first inverter 17, the first differentiation unit 13, the first limiter 15 is connected to the first input of the trigger 3, the second channel input through the successively included second driver 2 „ the second multivibrator 8, the second inverter 18, the second differentiating unit 14, the second limiter 16 soe dinene with the second input of the trigger 3, the output of the second through a series-connected normalizing unit 4, the low-pass filter 5 is connected to voltmeter stroke. The output of the first inverter 17 is sequentially connected to the first integrator 11, the first feedback block 9 is connected to the second input of the standby multivibrator 7. The output of the second inverter 18 is through the series-connected second integrator 12, the second feedback block 10 is connected to the second input of the second standby multivibrator 8. The output of the source 20 of the reference voltage is connected to the input of the adjusting unit, the outputs of which are connected to the second inputs of the first and second feedback units 9 and 1. The phase meter works as follows. Input signals U, s: 1n (and) .1 fi) 2 and yy, Jsip (uJ,) are fed to shapers 1 and 2, where they are converted into short pulses that correspond to the moment of transitions of input signals through the zero line, these short pulses start pending multivibrators 7 and 8 of the first and second channels. The duration of the pulses of the waiting multivibrators 7 and 8 of the first and second channels depends on the bias voltage and set by the blocks 9 and 10 feedback of the first and second channels. The pulses coming from the outputs of the waiting multivibrators 7 and 8 of the first and second channels are inverted respectively by inverters 17 and 18 of the first and second channels, then differentiated by blocks 13 and 14 of differentiating the first and second channels, and then the differentiated pulses go to limiters 15 and 16 first and second channels, where they are bounded below. After all these operative pulses from the outputs of the limiters 15 and 16 of the first and second channels, corresponding in time to the falling edge of the pulses of the waiting multivibrators 7 and 8 of the first and second channels, arrive at the inputs of the trigger 3, the duration of the output pulses of which is proportional to the sum or difference of the measured phases . shift between input signals and, and, sin (aJ, t + V); and “(Jpt + V) and the difference of the pulse durations of the waiting multivibrators 7–8 of the first and second channels. The output pulses of the measuring trigger 3 are fed to the input of the normalizing unit 4, where they are normalized in amplitude, after which from the output of the normalizing unit 4 the pulses arrive at the input of the low-frequency filter 5, where a constant component is separated from them, the value of which is measured by a voltmeter 6. In the process of converting input signals, a phase shift occurs in the channels of the phase meter due to the nonidentity of the channels, which contributes significantly to the readings of the phase meter. Phase meter readings consist of three components PF - HF, ± 1, where PF is the phase meter reading; Chu is the measured angle, is the error. arising from the non-identity of the Kan. Phase meter catch, H - angle, artificially introduced due to the difference in pulse durations of waiting multivibrators 7 and 8 of the first and second channels. After equating the artificially introduced angle and the angle resulting from the nonidentity of the channels in absolute value, and adding them with opposite signs, the phase meter readings correspond to the measured phase angle and depend very little on the change in ambient temperature. The integrators 11 and 12 of the first and second channels and the blocks 9 and 10 of the feedback of the first and second channels are designed to stabilize the duration of the pulses of the waiting multivibrators 7 and 8, and the control of the duration of the pulses occurs during the master circuit of each multivibrator. The adjustment unit 19 is designed to redistribute the reference voltage coming from the reference voltage source 20 between blocks 9 and 10 of the feedback of the first and second channels. Redistribute the magnitude of the reference voltage between the feedback units, change the magnitude and sign of the artificially entered angle. A change in the duration of the output pulses of the waiting multivibrators 7 and 8 of the first and second channels is simultaneously achieved by changing the magnitude of the reference voltage coming from the source 20 of the reference voltage to the adjustment unit 19.
