The invention relates to the technology of dry cleaning, in particular to the dry cleaning of clothes with organic solvents.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of the chemical cleaning of clothes,
П р и м е р ы 1-6. EXAMPLE 1-6. The composition is prepared as follows.
Surfactants are added to the calculated amount of the mixture of organic solvents and water and mixed.
The processing of textile products with the indicated compositions is carried out at module 8 in a dry-cleaning machine with a washing drum, for example, KX-014, according to the following mode, min:

Determination of the detergency of the composition is carried out according to the following procedure.
Моющую способность характеризую степенью посветлени - относительньм увеличением белизны, козффициента или степени отражени образцов ткани, загр зненных искусственным стандартным загр знителем,в результате мойки органическим растворителем (в данном случае предлагаемой композиции).The washing ability is characterized by the degree of lightening — by the relative increase in whiteness, coefficient, or degree of reflection of tissue samples contaminated with an artificial standard contaminant, as a result of washing with an organic solvent (in this case, the proposed composition).
Samples of cotton and wool fabric are contaminated according to the following recipe, g:
0,75Lamp soot 0.3 Sunflower oil 0.75 Lanolin 0.75
Vaseline oil lj.5 tetrachloride; carbon1
In order to prepare contaminated samples, deapproved cotton or other fabric is cut into strips with a width corresponding to the sizes of rollers of laboratory labware, soaked them in a soil suspension, and twice passed through squeezing rollers. The fabric so contaminated is cut into samples of size 60 (by duck) “EZ (on the basis of) mm, dried at 100 ° С for 1 h in an oven, and then kept for at least two weeks in air.
Samples of artificially contaminated tissue are placed between the filter paper histoes, ironed with a hot iron and photometted on a spherical photometer at two points on each side of the sample and the average of four measurements.
In the same way, the samples of the initial (deappreciated) fabric are stroked and photometrically.
The degree of lightening of artificially contaminated specimens A (%), which characterizes the wetting ability, is calculated according to the formula of the Munch coat:

The anti-desorption capacity of the compositions is determined as follows. The method is based on determining the degree of grayness — the relative decrease in whiteness, coefficient, or degree of reflection of light by white tissue samples when treated with the tested compositions and 0.2 g / l of lamp black.
For determination, de-fabricated tissues are used, which are cut into samples of size 80–80 mm and placed between two sheets of filter paper, ironed with an iron heated to 220–250 ° C, kept for 24 hours in a desiccator with 65% relative humidity at 20 ° C and photometry.
250 ml of the proposed composition and a weight of soot at the rate of 0.2 g / l are introduced into a glass with a capacity of 800-1000 nl.
The duration of the wash using the proposed combination is 10. min. At the end of the wash, the samples are removed, hanged and dried in a hood at room temperature for 4 hours, ironed between sheets of filter paper and photometrized. The discrepancy between
двум параллельными определени ми не должно превьшать 5% от величины меньшего результата.two parallel definitions should not exceed 5% of the magnitude of the smaller result.
The degree of graying A, (%) is calculated by the formula:
100,100,
А BUT
WW
где W и W - соответственно белизны (%) исходного и обработанного образцов.where W and W are respectively whiteness (%) of the original and processed samples.
In tab. 1 shows the compositions of examples 1-6; in tab. 2 results obtained using these compositions.
