Abstract

This invention relates to medicine, namely phthisiology. The purpose of the invention is to increase the accuracy of the differential diagnosis of tuberculosis and nonspecific lung diseases. To do this, the level of antigens of tuberculosis bacilli is determined in the blood to be examined using the complement fixation reaction. At 1: 400 and above, diagnose tuberculosis, and at 1: 200 and below, non-specific lung diseases. Spoke Comp is a reliable and objective differential criterion for infection and active tuberculosis (No 1 process).

The invention relates to medicine, in particular to phthisiology. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of the differential diagnosis of tuberculosis and nonspecific lung diseases. The goal is achieved by the fact that in the blood to be tested, the complement of the antigens of tuberculosis bacilli antigens is detected at a level of 1: 400 and higher, and tuberculosis is diagnosed at a level of 1: 200 and below, non-specific lung diseases are diagnosed. Example 1. Patient R., 34 years old was undergoing treatment at a therapeutic clinic with a diagnosis of chronic nonspecific pneumonia. In determining the tuberculosis antigens, their titer was 1: 800, which indicated the presence of tuberculosis. After 2 months, when re-applying to the doctor for sputum, VC was found with a diagnosis of inLiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis VK +. The patient was hospitalized at a tuberculosis clinic. Example 2. 2. Patient 3, B, 47 years old, was hospitalized in a tuberculosis clinic. Media diagnosed with infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis, VC. Mantoux test - 12 mm The titer of tuberculosis antigens was equal to 1: 100 ++, which did not correspond to the presence of an active tuberculous process. After non-specific treatment with antibiotics, gfiltrate dissolves. Final diagnosis: right-sided 22X mid-lobe pneumonia. In this case, the organism is in a state of infection, as evidenced by a positive Mantoux test. The positive effect of the method for the differential diagnosis of tuberculosis is shown in the table of the level of tuberculosis antigens in the blood of patients with tuberculosis, healthy people and patients with nonspecific lung diseases. The method is a reliable and objective differential criterion for infection and an active tuberculous process. The presence of a diagnostic titer of 1: 400 and above allows a 85% reliable diagnosis of the tuberculosis process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The method for differential diagnosis of tuberculosis and nonspecific lung diseases by determining antigens of tuberculosis bacilli in the test blood, characterized in that, in order to improve diagnostic accuracy, in the test blood is determined using. complement-binding reactions, the level of tuberculosis bacilli antigens, and at a level of 1: 400 and above, diagnose tuberculosis, and at a level of 1: 200 and below, non-specific lung diseases are diagnosed.
