Вращение турбинки через черв чную передачу 4 и карданный вал 5 передаетс  соплу /, двустороннее вращение которого обесг ечивает последовательна  и поочередна  установка турбинки 2 над или под вод ной струей сопла при помощи кулисы 6. Кулиса 6 поднимает или опускает турбннку 2 при помощи взаимодействующего с ней двуплечего рычага 7, который поворачиваетс  на некоторый угол, завис щий от величины колебаний флюгера, св занного с подвижным упором 8.
