Abstract
Винтовой подъемник, содержащий грузонесущий узел с роликами, опира ,ющимис на спиральную направл ющую при перемещении грузонесущего узла вдоль вертикальной направл ющей, отличающийс тем, что, с целью улучшени эксплуатационных характеристик путем обеспечени одновременного подъема и спускани , а также повьшени надежности в {Работе, он снабжен равномерно расположенными по окружности вертикальными бесконечными цеп ми дл креплени грузонесущего узла, при этом спиральна направл юща выполненас гладкой консольной частью и ступенчатой внутренней частью, последн жестко закреплена на указанной вертикальной направл ющей, котора выполнена с возможностью вращени вокруг своей вертикальной оси, причем каждый грузонесущий узел включает не менее двух оснований, шарнирно соединенных с соответствующей одной из указанных цепей, расположенных Q в плане симметрично относительно оси S вращени вертикальной направл ющей (Л и выполненных с возможностью кинематического взаимодействи с гладкой консольной частью спиральной направл ющей .A screw elevator comprising a load-carrying assembly with rollers supported on a spiral guide when moving the load-carrying assembly along a vertical guide, characterized in that, in order to improve performance by providing simultaneous lifting and lowering, as well as increasing reliability in {Work, it is provided with vertical endless chains evenly spaced around the circumference for securing the load-carrying unit, the spiral guide being made with a smooth cantilever part and torsion-shaped inner part, the latter is rigidly fixed on the specified vertical guide, which is made to rotate around its vertical axis, with each load-carrying unit includes at least two bases pivotally connected to the corresponding one of these chains, which are Q in plan symmetrically about the S rotation of the vertical guide (L and made with the possibility of kinematic interaction with the smooth cantilever part of the spiral guide.
Description
ажир проехал свой зтаж, то он может на него вернутьс , перейд на ступенчатую часть, как при подъеме оснований, так и при спуске можно переходить на ступенчатую часть и спускатьс по ней или подниматьс .FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a lift to a part of the transport industry, to the screw lifts. The purpose of the invention is to improve performance by providing simultaneous ascent and descent, as well as reliability in the operation of the screw elevator. FIG. 1 shows a screw elevation common VIEW} in FIG. 2 is the same, vertical section j in FIG. 3 is a section A-A in FIG. 2; in fig. 4 view B in FIG. 2; FIG. 5 shows a section B-B in FIG. 4. A screw elevator consists of a vertical straight 1 installed rotatably about its vertical axis fixed on it spiral guide L 2, the turns of which are made of stepped inner part 3 and a smooth cantilever part 4. Smooth part 4 of spiral spiral 2 contacts With the bases 5, the load of the existing unit is fixed by means of rollers 6, 0 of the foundation 5 on endless chains 7 placed in the box-shaped guides 8 and rounding the gears 9. The screw lift works as follows zom. When the vertical guide 1 rotates counterclockwise, the smooth part 4 of the spiral direction 1 52 of the sliding 2, slipping under the rollers 6, lifts the bases 5 upward along with the endless chains 7 that move in the box guides 8, the endless chains 8 are emitted by gears 9 pd the first and above the last floors of the structure. : When the vertical guide 1 rotates clockwise, the smooth part 4 of the spiral guide 2 | slides under the rollers 6 and lowers the bases 5 vertically down along with endless chains 7. The latter can be equipped with rollers 10 to facilitate sliding inside the guides 8 and have holes 11 for the entry of the teeth of the wheels 9. The bases 5 may be of such a number that they fill the entire smooth part 4 of the spiral guide 2. Their number depends on the drive power and the strength of the lifting parts of the lift. Passengers enter the base 5 from any floor, both during ascent and descent. Moreover, if during the ascent the passenger passes, he can return to it, then go to the stepped part, either when raising the bases or descending, you can go to the stepped part and descend or rise.
