Изобретение относитс к медицине , а именно, к травматологии и ортопедии . Цель изобретени - упрощение и снижение травматичности операции за счет формировани трансплантата из сухожили двуглавой мышцы бедра на проксимальной ножке, использовани этого трансплантата дл замещени поврежденной передней крестообразной св зки. Дл этого задненаружным доступом мобилизуют сухожилие двуглавой мьшцы бедра, выкраивают на проксимальной мышечной ножке сухо силие, отсека его от головки малоберцовой кости, и свободный конец прошивают нит ми-держалками. Переднемедиальным доступом Еайра вскрывают коленный сустав . Из сустава корнцангом перфорируют задний отдел капсулы по верхненаружному краю межмыщелковой мки вверх и кнаружи, к мьш1ечному основанию сухожили двуглавой мышцы. Сухожилие вывод т корнцангом в сустав. .Формируют костный канал во внутреннем мыщелке большеберцовой кости, провоi д т через него сухожилие с нит мидержалками , и фиксируют их в нат же (Л нии. Выкраийание сухожили на проксимальной мьш1ечной ножке из двуглавой мьшцы бедра и замещение этим сухожилием передней крестообразной св зки предупреждает возможность перегиба сухожили в заднем отделе капсулы.
