Использование предлагаемой пасты обеспечивает пожаробезопасность и упрощает технологию удалени ее остатков после термообработки па ньпсдеталей .4 The invention relates to solo production, in particular to pasta, and can be used in the instrument-making industry. The aim of the invention is to eliminate the formation of a scaling deposit during soldering and organic solvents when removing paste residues from the melted parts after their heat treatment. Solder metal paste contains components in the following ratio, wt.%: Castor oil 15-19 Tin dichloride 2-8 Hydrozine hydrochloric acid 1.5-3 Benzoic acid 4-8 Powder solder. The rest of the paste is prepared as follows. At 100–125 ° C in castor oil, dichloride tin, hydrochloric hydrazine and benzoic acid are successively dissolved. Into the resulting homogeneous composition, powdered low-temperature solder is introduced, for example, POS-61, ShS-90, POSSu-61-0.5, or others. . The functions of the components in the proposed paste are the following: castor oil is a plasticizer of the composition (it regulates the viscosity of the paste composition); tin dichloride reduces the oxide films of the emitting parts to metal and improves the wetting of the metal surface with solder: Hydrazine hydrochloride cleans the surface of the melted, as it decomposes during heat treatment and forms ammonium chloride, which increases the paste during soldering; Benzoic acid is an activating additive that eliminates the corrosive effect on the melted 772 metals and increases the flowability of the solder. These quantitative intervals of castor oil ensure the sedimentation stability of the paste for a relatively long time (up to 3.5 months) and thereby prevents its solidification. Increasing the concentration of hydrochloric acid hydrazine in the paste to more than 3 wt.% Causes corrosion of the soldered products after washing. Benzoic acid within the specified limits ensures the flowability of solder, eliminates the formation of charring plaque during soldering. When its content is less than 4 wt.%, The quality of soldering deteriorates, and increasing its content by more than 8 wt.% Is not economically feasible, since the quality of soldering is provided when its content is 4- May 8% Increasing the content of tin dichloride in the paste to more than 8 wt.% Is not economically feasible, since the specified limits (2-8 wt.%) Are sufficient and necessary to remove the oxides and ensure the wettability of the metal with solder. . Examples of the paste and comparative experimental data are given in the table. Soldering is performed under production conditions both immediately after preparation and after storage for 3-3.5 months. After 3.5 months of storage, the paste completely retains its viscosity and adhesive properties, and also provides high-quality brazing of brass, copper, steel, and nickel parts by known methods. The use of the proposed paste provides fire safety and simplifies the technology of removing its residues after heat treatment of the pales details.
