Abstract
сThis invention relates to traumatology and orthopedics. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the morbidity of the operation and reduce the time of the operation. The patient made a hook-shaped incision along the deltoid-pectoral groove. Expose the capsule of the shoulder joint and the coracoid process. Then a small incision is made above the collarbone. The collarbone is exposed, two vertical channels are drilled on it above the coracoid process. Through these channels from the top to the bottom, two ends of the dacron tape are made, and when they are pulled, the correct relationship between the clavicle and the acromion of the scapula is reached. The ends of the tape are closed under the coracoid process. Open the capsule of the shoulder joint. Fto the medial surface of the small tubercle make a bone chute, where the ends of the lavsan tape sewn between themselves are laid and hemmed transoscally. Capsule joint sutured. The extended tendon of the long biceps head is shortened and fixed. After wound closure, the limb is placed in a Deso plaster dressing. with
