Способ по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что качестве кислородсодержащего соединения бора используют или борный ангидрид, или тетраборат аммония, или пентаборат аммония.3. Способ по п. 1 и 2, отличающийся тем, что перекись водорода берут концентрацией 30 - 92% при соотношении бора и перекиси водорода 1:(1,5 - 3).1.
