Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a lifting and transport machinery, in particular, devices for blocking sliding and hinged elevator doors.

The purpose of the invention is to simplify the design and expand the range of functionality.

FIG. Figure 1 shows the device (for elevator casement doors), its appearance; in fig. 2 - the same for elevator sliding doors; in fig. 3 - device for elevator doors, top view; in fig. 4 shows section A-A in FIG. one.

The device for blocking the elevator doors comprises a housing 1, at the base of which and in the side walls there is a slot a, freely lying on the bottom of the kopnyca 1 rocking chair, which is ush and a rod 2 with rounded ends (to avoid jamming) acting on the limit switch 3. The cams 4 are mounted on the doors of the elevator doors.

The device works as follows.

When closing one casement door of the elevator (with casement doors) by turning the handle 5, mounted on the same axis with the cam 4, the latter turns

In addition, the entrance to the slot a, made on the basis of the housing 1, which is above the casement doors, lifts one end of the rod 2, which lies freely on the bottom of the housing 1.

When the second door leaf closes, the second cam 4 similarly to the first lifts the other end of the rod 2, which takes a horizontal position, presses the limit switch 3, giving the command to raise or lower the elevator car. With sliding doors, the cams 4 are rigidly fixed on the doors of the doors, protruding beyond the upper edge of the doors. When moving one flap, the cam 4, the passage through the slot and in the side wall of the housing 1 and at its base, acts on the rod 2, lifting one end of it. When the second flap is pushed in, the same thing happens with the other end of the rod 2, which, being horizontal,

acts on the limit switch 3. When both doors of the elevator doors are closed, the limit switch 3 is activated and the doors are locked. After closing the doors, the limit switch is activated and gives the command to raise or lower the cab.

DEVICE FOR LOCKING LIFT DOORS, containing a rocking chair, kinematically connected to the limit switch, characterized in that, in order to simplify the design and expand the range of functionality, it is equipped with a housing inside which the indicated rocking chair is a rod with rounded ends, and cams , each of which is mounted on a door leaf corresponding to it, while a slot is made in the base and walls of the housing, and each of said cams is made with the possibility of ednogo or simultaneous kinematic interaction with rocking.
