Description

The invention relates to the construction of compact prefabricated buildings with moving parts and an indivisible interior, and can be used primarily for storage of household property, for example, as a garage or boathouse for small vehicles.

The aim of the invention is to improve the usability.

In FIG. 1 shows a garage in a closed position; in FIG. 2 - garage with a raised rotary section; in FIG. 3 - garage with an additional section; in FIG. 4 - the same with the raised rotary section and the shifted additional section.

The small-sized precast enclosure includes a base 1 and a housing 2 located on it. The enclosure 2 contains two sections: a stationary section 3 and a rotary section 4. The rotary section 4 is pivotally mounted on the supports 5. The supports 5 are connected to the stationary part of the enclosure by, for example, sliders 6 and guides 7

The supports 5 are connected with the rotary section 4 with the formation of a kinematic rotational pair, and with the non-rotary part of the enclosure - with the formation of a kinematic translational pair, i.e. with the possibility of rotation and movement of the rotary section 4 relative to the stationary part of the fence.

The guard may include an additional section 8. An additional section 8 is mounted on movable supports 9 connected to the stationary part of the guard by, for example, sliders 10 and guides 11 and / or rollers 12 and guides 13 with the formation of an additional kinematic translational pair and the possibility of movement additional section 8 relative to the stationary part of the fence

Housing 2 is made either of a supporting frame and a shell of thin-sheet building material, or in the form of a self-supporting shell of hardened building material, for example, metal or hard plastic.

The stationary section 3 or the additional section 8 is made with the console 14, and the top of the rotary section 4 with a corresponding cut-out for a smooth rotation of the latter.

The housing 2 may contain two end rotary sections, and may also be equipped with several additional sections mounted on movable supports with the possibility of movement and telescopic installation relative to each other.

To facilitate the opening and closing of the fence, the guard can be equipped with an executive retractable or rotary retractable mechanism with an individual drive (not shown in the drawings).

The actuator can be made according to the well-known principle of t g, blocks, chain hoists and racks. 8 as an individual drive, a spring or weight-lifting mechanism can be applied.

To open the guards and provide unhindered access to the enclosed space, the rotary section 4 is rotated by raising its dead end portion to the level of the top of the housing 2, which is located not higher than the level of the raised arms of a person standing next to him.

Then, the rotary section 4 is moved relative to the stationary part due to the mobility of the supports 5. In this case, the sliders 6 are moved along the guides 7

Further, for the final opening of the guards, an additional section is moved 8. The sliders 10 and / or the rollers 12 of the movable supports 9 are moved along the guides 11 and 13, respectively.

When using the actuator, all of these operations are performed in semi-automatic mode

To close the guards, the above operations are performed in the reverse order.

The use of supports 5 and supports 9 allows you to expand the possibilities of operating the fence - by creating the additional ability to move the swivel 4 and an additional 8 sections of the housing 2, and the said movement requires less effort and is more ergonomic compared to just turning the swivel section 4 on a large angle with the amplitude of the span of the dead end of the ego section to a level above the level of the raised arms of a person standing next to him.

In addition, the use of the additional section 8 can significantly reduce the size and mass of the rotary section 4, thereby reducing both the amplitude of the span of its dead end part and the amount of effort required to lift the latter.
