Abstract

Description

The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used for deburring and chamfering at the same time on the outer and inner edges of the pipe ends.

The purpose of the invention is the expansion of technological capabilities by ensuring the processing of the edges of the pipe ends of the nearest sizes without adjustment or change of cutters in the tool.

Multi-tool contains cutters 1, made with V-shaped cutting edges and rounded non-working ends and installed evenly around the circumference in the longitudinal grooves of the housing 2. moving the incisors 1 to the outside. Cutters 1 have cut-outs 7 under the bite 8, to which an internal elastic sleeve 9 is attached with a screw 10. The inside side of the cutters 1 is made with a bevel 11 to form a gap 12 necessary for the cutters 1 to come off when machining a smaller internal diameter of the pipe. Pencil case 13 with a lid 14, connected by a thread, keep the tool parts assembled. The ring 5 and the washer 8 together with the elastic sleeves 6 and 9 hold the cutters 1, not preventing their wiggle when set to the size of the pipe being processed.

The tool works as follows.

When processing the edges of the pipe ends of the following sizes, the cutters 1, by means of V-shaped cutting edges, self-adjust by the wall thickness of the pipe being processed, deflect radially to one or the other jQ side and sway in the longitudinal grooves of the housing 2 on rounded non-working ends.

A multi-cutter tool containing cutters mounted uniformly around the circumference in the longitudinal groove of the housing, and elements of their fixation, characterized in that, in order to expand technological capabilities, it is equipped with inner and outer elastic bushings concentrically placed in the housing, and the cutters are made with V-shaped cutting edges and rounded non-working ends and are installed between the elastic bushings with the possibility of rocking in the radial direction.
