Abstract
(Л Ю О) 00This invention relates to the electrical industry, in particular compact fluorescent lamps (LL). The invention allows to increase the stability of the luminous flux, to increase the mechanical strength and manufacturability of the LL. The ends of the glass tubes 1, free from electrodes 2, are vacuum-tightly connected with a ceramic part (CD) 4. A transition channel 7 is made in the CD. There are sinuses 8 in the thickness of the walls of the CD, in which there is a cold zone of the lamp. Sinuses are located around the circumference in the thickness of the side walls of the CD. The presence of sinuses contributes to the achievement of the optimum temperature of the cold zone (about 40 ° C), which increases the stability of the light flux. 2 Il. (L Yu O) 00
Description
The invention relates to the electrical industry and can be used in the manufacture of gas-discharge light sources, in particular compact fluorescent lamps.
Цель изобретени - гювЕ пиение стабильности световогч) нотока нри одновременном увеличении механической прочности и тех- IК)логичности изготовлени .The purpose of the invention is to ensure the stability of the light guide at the same time as increasing the mechanical strength and technical quality of the fabrication.

The lamina (Fig. 1) includes parallel glass tubes 1, on the inner surface of which a luminous cover is applied, legs, with thermal emission electrodes 2 at those ends of glass tubes that are not connected to adjacent glass tubes, merging from a mixture of mercury vapor and inert gas, base 3 with starter located in it. The ends of the glass tubes, free from electrodes, are vacuum-tightly plugged with the help of 1MK ceramic part 4, which with the help of annular grooves 5 filled with glass-fiber 6, is sealed onto the turns of two adjacent glass tubes

The cross-sectional area of the obsucha is 1o10 1/10 of the cross-sectional area of the glass tube, while decreasing the ratio value, the conditions for the condensation of mercury deteriorate, which prevents the creation of working pressure; An increase in the ratio does not prevent the achievement of an unallocated goal, but it is impractical from the point of view of increasing the material intensity and dimensions of the ceramic part. For ease of manufacture, the obsoles are circumferentially positioned in a tolney of the side walls. The length of the iazuhi is 3/4 of the circumference of the glass tube. It interferes with the achievement of the optimum temperature of the cold zone, of the order of 40 ° C, since both the temperature and the increase in the temperature of the cold zone result in a decrease: in the lamp light parameters.
A cross-section TOI o, increasing the length of the sinus leads to a decrease in the thickness of the wall separating the cavity of the transition channel and the sinus, as a result of which the wall loses mechanical strength, it is able to transfer heat to the cold zone, increasing its temperature .
2.Consequently, according to the diameter of the glass tube, the cross-sectional area of the glass tube, cm is Ang = 0.785 cm2, and the cross-section of the sinus is 0.785:; 10 0.0785 cm 2.
