Description

The invention relates to road construction machines, namely, bulldozer-type earthmoving machines.

The purpose of the invention is to expand the operational capabilities of the bulldozer.

Bulldozer equipment contains blade 1, pusher bars 2, reamers 3, rigidly connected with blade 1, brackets 4.

Bulldozer equipment operates as follows.

To change the position of the expander, the hydraulic cylinders 9 are connected. The connecting rod chain 7 is forced and the sprockets 6 and 8 turn. And the asterisk 6 is mounted on the shaft 5, with which the expander 3 is rigidly connected, the latter also rotates and takes a predetermined position ( in accordance with Fig. 5-7).

Bulldozer equipment, including a blade, rectangular expanders, the height of which is equal to the height of the blade, and the cutting edges are made longer than the end sides, and pushing beams, characterized in that, in order to expand operational capabilities, each expander is made with an additional located on the outer end side cutting edge, connected to the blade by means of a shaft fixed on the back of the last bracket with a shaft located parallel to the pushing beams, on which the expander is rigidly fixed, and a rotation drive, which is made in the form of a chain drive with a hydraulic cylinder with two sprockets, one of which is rigidly mounted on the shaft and the other is mounted on the blade, while the axis of the bracket shaft is higher than the center line of the expander in height and its distances to the cutting edges are equal . 2.
