Описываемое устройство в отличие от известного осуш;ествл ет непрерывный процесс посола. Это достигаетс применением установленного внутри ванны вращающегос ротора, несущего на внешних торцовых дисках систему радиально расположенных пальцевых толкателей. Внутри ротора, около его дисков, размещены два одинаковых пазсвых копира, имеющих форму незамкнутого цилиндра, в которые заклалывавают концы шомполов с нанизанной, рыбой.The described device, in contrast to the known drying, is characterized by a continuous process of salting. На ободе каждого диска имеютс пальцьй-толкатели 4 в виде пластин. Ротор приводитс во вращение через шестеренную и цепную передачи от привода машины, нанизывающей мелкую рыбу, например кильку, на шомполы 5.
