Изделие заполн ют пробным газом и определ ют суммарную негерметичность с помощью контрольно-измерительной аппаратуры по изменению количества пробного газа в камере. Если суммарна негерметичность превыщает допустимую, прек- ранлают вакуумирование камеры и заполн ют ее обезгаженной жидкостью, после чего провод т визуальное определение локальной негерметичности по выдел ющимс из издели пузырькам газа.
